Weird place, but beautiful

The room was comfortable and looked good

At first I was given the key that opened the door of a room that was already taken: I heard TV working and saw other people’s stuff. It was super confusing. Also, I was very nervous afterwards when I got a new key, that someone else can get the key to my room. The stuff did not explain the mistake anyhow, they just said it’s not possible and gave me a new key. One more weird thing - there was a small plant in a pot staying near my new room and some other rooms around. No idea why and what for. I moved it to some other door as it freaked me out

Three More Happy Guests of the Adina Apartment Hotel

I reserved rooms at the Adina for my dear friend Ann and her two adult daughters. They were absolutely thrilled with this apartment hotel. They used the pool and the fitness room, and raved about the breakfast. Ann told me she usually has trouble sleeping in hotel beds and had NO trouble sleeping in this one. It was great to have a kitchenette in each room and they were impressed with the combination washer/dryer, though they didn't need it as they only stayed for four nights. The location was just what they wanted, a very short walk from the pedestrian zone and the Christmas market and a bus stop across the street. Everything worked out beautifully, the front desk staff were great and they stored the luggage from 11 am until a taxi came to pick everyone up at 3 pm. A perfect stay.

City Views and Creature Comforts at the Adina ApartHotel

My husband and I paid for this room for dear friends who were visiting us from the United States. They stayed at the Adina for five nights at the beginning of their stay and for two more nights at the end of their stay. They absolutely loved the Adina. The first time they had a small two-room suite at the back of the hotel, which was great because there was a street fair going on out front and the noise would have been a problem. The second time they got a room at the front, high up, with a spectacular view of Wiesbaden. They posted photos and a video all over Facebook! Each room or suite has a kitchenette with a microwave. The room they stayed in at the end had an all-in-one washer and drier unit which they figured out using Google Translate, they washed enough clothes to get home in clean duds and it worked beautifully. The Adina also has an indoor pool, a fitness room, a sauna, and its own parking (which we didn't have to use, as my husband and I drove our guests, so I can't report on it!). Our friends thought the beds were very comfortable and the rooms are air-conditioned. The Adina is right at the end of Taunusstrasse, a major shopping and restaurant street, and across the road from the Kochbrunnen, Wiesbaden's biggest hot spring, which you can see steaming away from quite a distance. It's an easy walk (about two blocks) to the pedestrian zone, and the other major shopping street, Wilhelmstrasse, is around the corner. An ideal location. Breakfasts are served in the Adina's well-reviewed restaurant, Henrich's, and our friends reported that they were ample and delectable. There is a small shop beside the reception desk where you can buy beverages (including wine and beer) and microwave food and other snacks for your room. The staff members our friends interacted with were both knowledgeable and nice. They would love to stay here again!

The only fly in the ointment, and it's a tiny one, was the decaf coffee. Our friends can only drink decaf and the only decaf the Adina had was instant and not very yummy. Neither was there any decaffeinated black tea available. Otherwise, everything was terrific.

Great value for money

Great location - less than 5 minutes walk from the beginning of the shopping street, close proximity to various coffee shops and restaurants. All staff members were super friendly and helpful 🙏🏻 Beds were comfortable and windows are noise proof.

Unpleasant, rude, dysfunctional. A stressful experience.

I received confirmation for parking yet was never able to park; I had to park 1 mile walking away from hotel. The day I arrived I received a note saying my room would be allergen free and was ready yet when I arrived i was given the keys to someone else’s room, then they keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, then a room which clearly had feathered bedding so not at all the allergen free room I had been promised. The coffee machine in room didn’t work, the front desk said to use the lobby area coffee machine as they couldn’t replace mine… I got charged 3 euros per coffee when I checked out! I asked for clean towels during my stay and never got them. Overall the staff were not friendly or helpful, mostly rude and unpleasant. It’s a shame as there is so much potential but clearly they are more interested in their long stay customers and they really can’t be bothered with those staying less than a week.

Great downtown Wiesbaden location, super clean mini apartment

Walking distance to lots of places in town. Room is like an apartment (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hob, table etc. ) Extremely clean. Excellent, friendly staff.

Parking not included nor available during entire stay. Had to park in nearby parking garage at 30 euro per day. No drawers provided, open shelf instead. ( not even in bedside table).

Very uncooperative in refunding my money for my orig, booking June 2nd - June 5th. After several attempt trying to explain my situation ( Both Booking .com and the Hotel ) did not refund my $ 346.00 . even so that I stayed there June 19-June 22nd. Very bad experience and I will not recommend this Hotel and Booking. com in the future.
