The place in the city centre is amazing. Good value for money

The room + kitchenette was spacious, quite and very clean. Breakfast buffet was nice with good coffee and freshly fried eggs

I did not like the room the beds were uncomfortable to stuffy has to sleep with the window open to get fresh air.

Rooms were stuffy and not clean the bed was uncomfortable due to have twin beds put together was uncomfortable and the only nice thing was the pillow the lobby had a huge dog not a good look for me i have allergies. The shower door was inconvenient.

The staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel has an elevator, important for benighted Americans. The only drawback, again to an American, was the warmth of the room in daytime.

Air conditioning, but that's a minor point. The room was very comfortable at night.

Hotel Luisenhof is a perfect central location with everything you need for an enjoyable stay!

The location of Hotel Luisenhof is super! This is within walking distance of the town center, all shopping, Christmas Markets, bus station and a short ride, or 15 minute walk from the train station. The reception staff were helpful: they spoke English, French, Spanish and German and made our check-in very smooth. The bed was, by far, the best one we had in our week+ long trip through Germany. Very nice after a long day of walking. The room we selected was for a family, and it was incredibly spacious, even had a small refrigerator. There is also a nice bakery downstairs, next to the entry of the hotel.... many times we would wake to the smell of fresh baked breads!

The lighting in the upper family room is rather dim, and they could use another standing lamp or two. The bathroom could use a few touch ups. The fan/light combo would rattle a bit, and the recessed ceiling light would flicker and then go off periodically (but then come back on). :) They also need to bleed their radiators, so the heat could be a bit stronger. Very minor things, and nothing prevented us from enjoying our room and stay. We certainly would go back to the Hotel Luisenhof again!

Great location for a good price

The location was perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very big and clean, with comfortable beds.

A bit noisy from the street, but that is to be expected in such a central location. We would have appreciated if the rooms had some extra facilities, like a kettle and iron/ironing board.

We reserved a 3-bed room, but one of the prepared bed was a sofa that a mattress was added on top of it and given as a third bed.

Good location - near train station and Market Square with many shops and services.

Location was good for travelers arriving by train. Bus 4 goes right past the hotel. Property does not have air conditioning and it was HOT but the oscillating fan they had in the room certainly helped! If I visit Wiesbaden again, I would probably stay here.

It had all the necessary things you needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was very central. You were immediately in the city centre and the bus connections were very regular to the main train station. The staff were very friendly and it had a homely feeling.

It was a very hot stay and the rooms had no air conditioning. The ventilator helped a little but it was still very hot. My room was by the road so it wasn‘t the quietest sleep.

The room was clean, the location is excellent, central. However, those who are sensitive to noise should take earplugs with them. I don't know about the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

There was only one small closet although we had three person bedroom.

Superb

Very accomodative as we arrive late in the evening past the check in time. Very friendly and helpful staff and hotel was in a great location. The room didnt have aircon and it was very hot while we were there, but the fan provided was very effective. Would stay again
