I enjoyed my time in Wiesbaden. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal.

The breakfast was similar to most buffet style breakfasts I have enjoyed at other European hotels. There was an adequate selection although I would prefer the option of having eggs prepared on request. Staff were very courteous and helpful

Perfect for visiting the Rhein Main Congress Center! So cute and walking distance to bistros and museums.

It’s adorable! The architecture is beautiful and the interior is an ode to classic Hollywood, with framed film posters everywhere and a giant Oscar’s statue in the foyer.

The parking is a problem. There is no where to temporarily park while checking in, you’ll need to arrange parking over the phone ahead of time in the hotel’s tiny lot or go directly to one of the pay lots and walk over. However, the Rhein Main Congress Center lot is close by (a five minute walk) and not too expensive.

I have stayed here a few times and I like the location… very central and easy to walk everywhere. The staff are great, very friendly people. The restaurant is also great. Great food and friendly staff. I had a great room on the third floor - nice and big and comfortable. The tv reception/internet reception for the TV kept cutting in and out which was a bit frustrating, but it didn’t affect my laptop or mobile phone reception so it could’ve been the tv connection?

A lovely hotel in a very good location in Wiesbaden

I chose this hotel on the eve of my trip to Wiesbaden because I liked the photos here on Booking - and the reality exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location, situated on the street that connects the railway station to the city center - both are within a 10-minute walk. Although the hotel is on the corner of two streets, it was quiet throughout my stay. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. It is a traditional hotel, the building is from the turn of the 19th and 20th century and there are pictures showing, how it looked decades ago. I had booked a single room but I believe I received an upgrade, as the room was quite spacious, with a double bed. I absolutely loved it - it was bright, clean, and tastefully furnished. It was equipped with a fridge, microwave (!), Nescafé machine, safe, and air conditioning, which was especially welcome during the hot summer days. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout my stay. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions I had. There is also a restaurant in the hotel serving Mediterranean cuisine. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Star-Apart Hansa Hotel very much and I would certainly choose it again if back to Wiesbaden.

A pleasant stay

The staff are friendly & welcoming. When we were checking in, they were kind enough to change our room from the 4th floor to the first floor due to the elevator being temporarily out of order. But luckly the elevator was fixed in about 2 hours. Our room had a very comfortable bed & pair of pillows. We were pleasantly surprised that everything in the mini bar was complimentary including the water. I had no time to visit the sauna room but the fitness seemed well equiped. Despite staying for just one night, we loved it and would definitely come back!

Convenience, style and comfort

This is my hotel of choice every time I travel to Wiesbaden on business: excellent location, stylish hotel interior, pleasant and accommodating staff at the reception, clean and comfortable rooms, free sauna and gym - can't ask for more.

Housekeeping is a bit hit and miss: I never know if and when coffee pods, water or hair products will be replenished (although I tend to forego the housekeeping service). Thankfully, staff at the reception is always helpful and willing to provide whatever the housekeeping staff has missed.

Very happy with my choice of hotel.

Star-Apart Hansa is very conveniently situated close to the train station and the RheinMaine Conference Centre where we attended a workshop.

We liked everything about the property. It is a beautiful building. There is an old Hollywood theme to the decor with 20’s style furniture and old photos of film stars in the walls.

Great place with character to stay in Wiesbaden!

We chose this hotel for location and it was perfect - about 1/2 way between the train station and the main market square. 10 minutes each way on a nice walkable street! Decor was very fun and the front desk staff was so welcoming.

In the summer, the lack of a/c might be an issue for some people.

Nice apartment with good restaurant near station.

Located close to the station and we had a lovely balcony; the restaurant food was superb. Good Wi-Fi and shower. Had a basic kitchen.

Needed to open French doors to cool the room...can't recall if there was aircon. Limited parking was full so needed to park in side street.
