I'm satisfied with hotel service.

Hotel is located close to the city center and old town is on walking distance. Breakfast is usual, like in many hotels. Room was comfortable. Hotel has parking lot.

The price for parking could be less.

you must desperately improve your coffee and breakfast offerings!

Breakfast for 24 Euros is unacceptable. A small bowl of mediocre fruit with dry muesli should not be that expensive. All other items looked unappetizing at best. Therefore I didn't eat any off it. Your espresso tasted like warmed up dish water. Not hot enough or strong enough, by far worst coffee on a one week trip in Germany.

Attending a Fair at the Congress Center

Great location close to the Rheinmain Congress Center, modern building, comfortable rooms, good breakfast & friendly staff.

The number of parking places in the underground garage are a bit few for the size of the hotel - and some are reserved for staff & the German army. Space is a bit limited in the drive ways & turns as well, so drivers of larger cars are a bit challenged here. The alternative is to park for a similar price at the parking of the Congress Center.

Room was large and comfortable. Excellent breakfast . Large and comfortable common areas on ground level.

Shower poorly designed and water splashed out. Reception staff poorly trained, unobliging, ill informed and inefficient....except for Roy Martin Blackwin who was extremely efficient and helpful. Common areas on our floor (3) had dirty carpeting and the corridors were malodorous. Room cleaning only every other day with a charge of 20 Euros if desired more frequently.....outrageous. Objected to extra charge to use spa facilities.

If you ever book a family room here, steer away from room 442. There is some kind of machine resonating into this room which gives a horrible sound. Besides that the maintenance in this room was poor. Crooked lamps, black mold in the shower, non-working charging station. For a family room, the beds are on the small sides and the provided blankets are smaller than the bed.

It is nice to have an on site parking garage, however.. guests checking in block the entrance to get to the parking garage. Not the fault of the hotel.

Walking distance to the middle of the Wiesbaden city and the main train station

We went to have a relax time in the pool, our room was really small but comfortable enough, we had everything we needed, a nice shower a little fridge and the pool and specially the SAUNA was amazing, fully recommended!

Never again

The housekeeping team included the housekeeping manager should get a real training about how to clean rooms. It was dirty at many points in the bathroom, and the room. Very low level of cleaning, that is not acceptable! Faraway and under the usual 4 sterns standards. A No-Go. I 've paid 656 Euros for 4 nights.But the rooms were cleaned up on the standards level of a 2 sterns. No way. After I've required another room, I got one with a ' VIP cleaning'. Yeah.. sorry but the cosmetic mirror in the bathroom was dirty, also the sink hole. Disgusted, I cleaned up by myself the room again on my costs. That is not acceptable. It was not my Job! A guest should not clean up the room to feel enough comfy in it. I did it just to be able to stand the nights there. But I can not recommend the hotel anymore. In the past under the name ' Crown Plazza', it was much more cleaned. The only positive I can say ..is that the receptionists were very friendly / helpful and understanding. Mercure rooms are overpriced with the standards of IBIS hotels /Formula 1 hotels, or much less. Housekeeping , however they have stress, pressure or whatever should be able to do his job, fast and EFFECTIVE !! Otherwise it is not at the right place for it to work.

Get another housekeeping team with the clue of his job !!
