Don't book in this Hotel!!!

There was nothing to like about this Hotel.

This hotel has so many issues. TV - Channels were not working, the room floor was dirty my feet got dirty after realizing it.Towel hanger was with loose screws, shower was extremely small,ceiling had a water damage I got offered other rooms with the same problems or other problems. One room had no sunshade, and the window was on the ceiling over the bed. A damaged chair with hanging cloth. The location is a ghetto like area. After seeing all this, I asked for free cancelation of my booking. The receptionist assured me that there is not a problem of cancelation and gave me a written confirmation about a free cancelation and that they would send my money( which they already charged )back to my credit card within 2 days! It's been now over 3 weeks that I'm writing up and down to booking to address the issue and get my money back. Booking.com couldn't reach them .It's poor customer service. This Hotel is a scam. They don't care about you, they just want your money.If I could I would give this Hotel a zero Stars!! Stay away from this Hotel.lIts a total Scam!

Nice staff, comfortable bed, good side room, good shower, close location to central town about a 5 minute walk

Door handles to room tricky to work out but once you get the technique it’s ok, facilities good but slightly tacky, matches the price and overall very satisfied

Decent stay

The location is great — close to the city center and the bus station, which makes it easy to get around. The accommodation offers good value for money, and the staff were polite and helpful.

The street outside is quite noisy, which can be disturbing at night. Although I booked a room with breakfast included, I was informed upon arrival that breakfast was not available. This should have been communicated before my arrival.

Nice little hotel in very central Wiesbaden

The location is super local and everything is easily reached within a few minutes. There was a fruit plate in the room and free coffee all day round in the lobby. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the overall atmosphere in the hotel is cosy and pleasant.

Room was quite big. Standard staff, everything is okay in the room facility wise. If you like Asian food, then the location is superb.

Breakfast was below par, not enough selection of food. Lift was smelly everytime. The window is somewhat broken, We could not half-open.

Location to the old city and there were numerous restaurants in the area. Included breakfast was good. Very large room.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room when we returned from breakfast - we had to open the door to the fire escape to try to clear the smell. As non-smokers, this was disturbing.

Hidden gem of Wiesbaden

I really liked this hotel. In terms of price-quality it's definitely the best. What we especially liked was how welcoming everyone was in the hotel and how attentive to small details. The thing that made my days in Wiesbaden super interesting was a book about Wiesbaden then and now. I'm really grateful to whoever's idea it was to put those books in the rooms! Our room was spacious, clean and had a little fridge and a kettle, mugs as well as glasses in it. The wardrobe had more than enough hangers and shelves. There was also a little vault in the room which I find great. Our window faced the inner yard ant it was rather quiet in our room. We also didn't hear our neighbours behind the wall. Our bed was super comfortable to sit on and read a book as well as to sleep in. There is a table in the room which gives you an opportunity to work during your stay. The internet connection was also good enough to have an online meeting. The neighborhood is also worth mentioning. The hotel is located in the heart of the city where you can find lots of supermarkets, minimarkets, shops and restaurants. Our overall experience with this hotel was more than satisfying. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Just some minor things I can't but mention. Connection on the shower tube that leads to upper showerhead needs to be fixed. However, we used the smaller showerhead instead and it worked. Also, pillows were rather hard for my liking. But it's just me and my troubles with pillows wherever I go. But if you're a person who always finds it hard to fall asleep on new pillows, keep this information in mind.

Dependable, friendly, safe and clean—would recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel three times, and I have been happy with it each time. I never have never had breakfast, but I have heard that it is a nice spread. I love the fact that the rooms have little refrigerators and water boilers. It makes it a very comfortable place to stay for several days. The internet is also reliable and fast. The location is ideal—walking distance to the city center, but also quiet. Great Turkish restaurants all along the street of the hotel. A 10 minute walk to the train station. The manager of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. I always feel safe and well cared for, and I will continue using this as my hotel of reference in Wiesbaden. 👍🏽

I wish the showers were bigger and that they provided more toiletries. That said, I am very grateful for the free water and consistently clean rooms, so I won’t complain!

There are only 2 good things about this hotel: - it is cheap; - it is close to downtown.

It is old cheap hotel. The bed, the pillow, the mattress are old. And they are cheap. You can forget about relaxed night. The noise cancellation is awful. I not only heard voices in the next room, I managed to understand that the language was Polish. If you want to spend 1 night and plan to booze, it’s fine. If you want to rest, it’s better to choose another place.

The staff was quite friendly and nice. Always giving recommendations and information about the city. They cleaned the room everyday and we could stay for breakfast a little longer. We felt like being in home, I do recommend 💯.
