No towels, no TV, no staff available, elevator stopped working, toilet seat did not have a cover and the bottom was lose. Property dirty still under construction.

I like fact that we lived through the experience and did not loose our lives in this short and deeply regretful experience...I like that I am not there; that it is staying there and cannot be here. Though the visuals and odor will stay with a person for some time, I like the fact that I cannot see nor smell this property any longer. Do not traumatize yourself and those traveling with you. Do not stay at Ring Hotel.

Oh, only if time could permit the whole list to be shared...A folding table would have been an upgrade to the check in counter. The lobby was waiting for its online order of a drug deal and a New York city subway rat to finish the ambiance. I couldn’t tell if we were walking to our room or being led throw a crime scene staging area. The room…the key was not necessary because the door did not lock. The railings were falling out fo the wall. Safety features for the beds in the “loft” area were broken and missing half their piece. I like to keep my whole child safe, rather than only half. The railing would have impailed them if they were to roll out of bed. Oh, the beds, the sheets were filthy and three sizes too small. The bathrooms matched the New York City subway rat vibe from lobby, smell and all. The smell was a pungent broken sewer line. We walked right back out and returned the keys to the front folding table, I mean check in counter. We have yet to hear from Ring Hotel management or Booking.com on a refund. Do not book. Sleep on the street. It is safer snd cleaner.

Totally impossible to spend a night there without catching some disease

The ciry is beutiful, location good but noisy.

It was too hot, shower with too hot water, sattelite TV not functional due to lack of a battery. I reported writing this to warden but no response or fixing.

The location and cleanliness were good

In booking the hotel with the app, I had to pay 74 euros, but the reception charged me 87 euros!! If it is the same for future payments, I will not trust these prices anymore! Early in the morning, the sound of a pigeon that was very close to my room did not let me sleep! The headscarf holder was broken.

The guy on reception was polite.

This is, without doubt, the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. The room was filthy, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom was covered in mould. I checked out after 5 minutes and found somewhere else.
