It is a nice hotel for one night on the road.

It was a very simple hotel. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant served really good food & the staff were very nice. The fact that they have a gateded entrance & they buzz you in is a big plus.

I wanted to charge my electric car, I was told they had electric chargers but they did not have cables to connect to the car. It was extremely inconvenient. The lady at the desk sent me to another place to charge the car. The rooms were very extremely small.

Lovely hotel. Quiet and calm area.

Nice infrastructure. The triple room with a double bed and a small bed worked well. The parking was included.

The small bed is right in front of the restroom, so it’s not perfect for rest. It’s not very close to the city centre, works well with car.

We were disappointed.

Perfect location for our purpose

The price announced was not at all what we paid (more than twice). We were “upgraded” with a room with a terrasse, which was not for use. We did not have warm water for the shower in the morning: 8:30m. We did not have access to soap while taking a bath; had to stand up to reach soap on the wall.

Disappointing room, no A/C!!!!

Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. Parking was excellent.

The room was advertised as having air conditioning. The equipment is there but the hotel shuts off the A/C in Fall. The day was very hot and after a day walking around the city, we got to our hot room without A/C. Their explanation was unsatisfactory, the receptionist said simply that “it’s not hot enough for air conditioning. We had to sleep with our windows open to get a bit of fresh air. If that is the French custom, they should not advertise as “air conditioned”!!! Very disappointed.

A place to go back to again and again

Just about everything was wonderful. The service was great and almost everyone was pleasant and helpful. I particularly want to mention Nagette at reception and Marco in the restauarant as being superb at their jobs. The food was wonderful and creative. The public spaces outside were beautiful.

Minor gripe is that there was no mini fridge in the room.

Good hotel, a short bus ride from Avignon centre.

This hotel is in a quiet area with small, clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, though the restaurant opens at 7pm for dinner and serves lunch only from Tuesday to Friday 12:00 to 01:30 PM There are no other dining options nearby. Staff are friendly, and a good bus service connects to Avignon’s centre.

Lovely garden, room smelt and was disappointing.

The garden was lovely, the shower and bathroom was also nice. Staff generally pleasant.

The bedroom was small for 3 of us. It was also right by the pool so there was a strong smell of chlorine. No food was available in the evening and there is nothing except fast food locally. The glasses in the room were also dirty and the bed felt damp.

Beautiful Hotel

This is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was superb as was the evening meal. The staff were amazing, professional and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and served generously. The choice of the decor is modern and the ambience delightful. Parking facilities are excellent, secure and access is easy. We really look forward to another stay in this hotel.

Health & Safety signs could be improved.

The breakfast buffet was great the garden area was relaxing and well sheltered. With easy access from the restaurant.

We were disappointed to be informed that despite their advertisement of meals available a coach of persons meant we as paying guests were not accommodated on our first evening. The fire safety signs and stepped access to the room left us feeling that the hotel was not fully engaged in considering the safety of its occupants.

A hotel of choice for a relaxing stay to visit Avignon and environs

Everything went well and i have nothing to complain. I booked a dinner for me and my wife and I was impressed compared to what I could get in Avignon. Very safe in a secure garden was the best choice for me who wanted to relax mid-journey from Athens to Brussels by car.

Sauna was not working due to repairs. Just bad luck.

I did assistance helping with my suitcases and late afternoon when we arrived there was just one lady attending the whole hotel from the reception to everything else though very efficient.

there is nothing to see around the hotel. You can't just have a nice walk around. We had no cleaning done on the second day, on the third it was very lightly done.

Hotel was a nice quiet sanctuary away from the crowds of Avignon Centre. Nice breakfast buffet and staff was very helpful with providing information on using the local bus system to get to Avignon town centre getting taxi service to take us to the TGV train station.

Hotel is a little out of the way from all the tourist action. Also not exactly clear how to get to hotel from Avignon Centre train station. It would be helpful if the add some information to the hotel website.

staff were hard working and very nice

we were promised a restaurant and bar ~ after a long day sightseeing we returned hoping for a meal and a drink before going to bed but the restaurant was closed on two out of the three night and the bar although opened the staff could only serve wine or bottled beer and the wine was warm - facilities promised did not exist!!!! very poor poor!!!!

What you'd expect!

The indoor pool was seriously incredible. There was a mirror on the ceiling which was actually super fun! The rooms were nice, comfortable beds, about the size you'd expect. Also saw surprise geckos around the building (not inside, don't worry haha), which was cute!

Super weird bathrooms. There was a window looking from the bed directly over the toilet, which thankfully had shutters, but just a weird addition. The double doors (they were narrow, about a foot wide each) to the bathroom didn't close all the way, and left about an inch gap. There was also a fridge in there right next to the door, where you'd think shoes would go, and the fridge didn't actually keep anything cold. We thought it was broken, but when we asked the front desk, they said that the fridge stayed at about 15 degrees Celsius which was SO WEIRD!

The room was clean and good sized bed. The outdoor space was great. Nice to have a pool and sauna too.

only one person working on reception and bar and so had to wait quite a while to be attended to.
