Lovely place, convenient, great staff

located right in the old city, great place, near lots of restaurants

I needed a place without stairs, and the only way into the hotel from the parking lots was UP 13 old stone steps from the parking garage!!

Best option for a short stay to visit the Palace

Excellent location, literally 2 steps from the palace. easy and comfy parking. Decent breakfast with moderate but sufficient selection. Super friendly and hospitable staff! Our room was one with best view on the main square - photo attached

The room for breakfast is overloaded in peak hours. Might require waiting before getting seated.

Good location, staff were really friendly. I could only get a twin room, but they very kindly made it into a double for me.

Not great options for breakfast (personal taste) and I think they tried to charge me for the room twice. This did get resolved though

the location of the hotel was superb it was very easy to access the main tourist attractions it was very close to many good options for eating and drinking

While offering parking as an option, it was not easily accessible for someone travelling with large luggage or a wheelchair or toddlers.

I strongly discourage anybody from staying in this hotel. Brand new shoes dissapeared from our.room. Having been assured by the hotel staff about an investigation by using cameras, nothing has happened and the hotel does not reply to our messages. Nevermore.

Loved it! Highly recommend. Remodeled, clean, convenient.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Extremely convenient if you have a car- we did. A parking structure near by- worry free parking in an old city. And hotel validated giving us 20 percent off on parking fees. Clean, good size rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.
