excellent location, very friendly staff. easy reach from the u-parking. confy bed. nice view towards the Palace of Popes, from the window
room is small, and -personal opinion- a bit too modern interior designed, in contrast with the old buildings in the surrounding . Breakfast is expensive, we did not take it.

Closeness to all the sight seeing options
Tired & worn looking place with threadbare carpets & dips in the carpets which sometimes tripped our footing. Coffee & tea facilities etc were poor. Taking the suitcases to the room especially over the steps towards our room was very difficult without any help from staff.
