Convenient for the station and bus to Avignon Centre

Excellent location to the TGV station and Avignon centre. It had a lovely swimming pool and plenty of loungers The room was spacious and well equipped although some bottled water might have been nice in the room. Comfortable bed, pillows and great air conditioning. Nice food at the restaurant.

The restaurant staff at around 7pm were extremely slow. At one point when we asked if we might order a drink after sitting at a table for 15 mins the waitress told us to wait! A waiter proceeded to tell us September was busy but we counted only 10 tables in use.

Excellent hotel with very very good staff

Wonderful room, very comfortable bed, great air conditioning. The hotel resataurant has good food and is quite good with vegetables. The staff is exceptional. My husband has a bad back and they went out of their way to get us in the room as soon as possible, and also to let us stay in the air conditioning for a couple of extra hours before our train. They were so kind and helpful, we cannot say enough good things about them.

Good place to stay, far from downtown but short drive to the TGV Station

Room is good. Staff is friendly. I booked this place to be close to the TGV Station and it was very convenient.

I booked to be close to the TGV station, however, there is no shuttle and it is not by the station. If you have bags to carry, you would need transportation (and it is just few minutes to get there). The name is kind of misleading "Avignon Gare TGV" - so someone would think is a hotel at the station. It is far from downtown, but it is clear on the instructions.

Hotel is nice and clean. The location is the best if you walk from AVIGNON TGV station.

We like the room here and it suits or 3-4 persons. Sofa bed is nice and comfort. The hotel is in walkable area from Avignon TGV Station. We walk from TGV station at late night, and all is ok. Staff / reception stands by 24 hours.

Comfortable and relaxing hotel

We were winding up our 4 week holiday with 4 nights in Avignon and needed to be close to the TGV for Lyon airport. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the TGV (15 mins with lots of luggage), but the next day we hired a car in Avignon, so when it came to dropping the car back to Budget at the TGV station for five of us to catch the train on the last morning, it couldn't have worked better. The hotel is very comfortable for a last stop destination - we had a kitchenette and balcony, but the restaurant was very good for breakfast. Pool and gym were used, and the staff helped with printing reservations.

It would be good if there was a more accessible supermarket. We all liked everything.

Modern fit-out. Close to TGV station, although you do still need a taxi. Good friendly staff.

The only minor was quite a long wait to check in around 10pm as the only reception staff member was dealing with an issue in a room.

The service of the hotel staff is absolutely fantastic. The parking place is large and safe. We drove a trailer with our bikes towed and the hotel allowed us to keep our bikes at the hotel.

Breakfast was not so great. The lid of the toilet in the room was broken.

Housekeeping needs improvement The sheets were not clean enough, and were not changed the second day, although we put the "change sheet" sign on the pillow. Also a pack of food (probably a lunch pack of some staff) were left on our room on the chair, with the oil of croissant leaking from the paper bag to the chair. We told these to the reception staff and she was very interested and took notes. Also the room was small, the bed is so strangely situated facing the window and makes it hard to go to toilet from bed, for the person sleeping on the right side of the bed. And the shower area do not have a door and a bad smell was coming from the shower area.
