Not recommended

Don't expect any service etc. You are left on your own to check-in, find your room (without indications where to go) etc. This is a place you should only use if nothing else is left. The rooms are extremely poor. Contrary to the hotel's advertisement, the car parking is not secured ... the entire hotel area is fully accessible for outsiders

Campanile used to be a good brand

It had a bed and it had air conditioning

It was a sad tired little place. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Got the feeling staff didn’t want to be there (I don’t blame them)

Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Stayed for 1 night.

Breakfeast is mediocre. Baguettes and croissants are from the ofen insteas of the bakery which is unusal for France.Would not book breakfast again.

the hotel was easy to find. check in staff welcoming and the room was as expected in a Campanile. the breakfast was good and as always the parking was very good. restaurant was closed but Buffalo Grill within walking distance.

The air conditioning was very good, cool enough for a hot summer. There were plenty of parking slots with easy access and some were right in front of our rooms.

The hotel facility was not good. No refrigerator. The TV was not working. The rooms were infested with cockroaches!

Stayed there for the Festival d'Avignon, a bus stop is close by and the bus conducts directly to the center of Avignon. Staff was friendly and helpful. Air con works fine!

The Hotel offer standart services of B&B. Clean Rooms, with Breakfast option next to the main road. Internet works pretty well. Not exceptional but ok for a stopover.

The location of the Hotel is in the Suburb and not so ideal if you dont have your own car. Perfect location for a business trip or for a stop over sleep and go.

The breakfast was pretty nice and tasty. The lady was very kind and friendly.

It was a bit cold and the cooling/heating system just couldn't heat the room enough - because of the big gaps around the door (and we were traveling in January)

Avignon is beautiful

It is like a motel. Little bit outside town but fine. I like the breakfast very much. Every day cleaning. Also staff is very friendly. Location for me was ok but if you want to be in the beautiful old town you need to take bus C3 to University and St Lazare. But works very well. Internet ok. Nice parking spot for your car.

Maybe shower can be improved (hot/cold) and I was missing a swimmingpool ;-) but nothing really to complain finally

Other guests smoking in the outside breakfast area. I guess you cannot doi anything about that, but to non smokers it's a put off.

Pleasant

The receptionist stayed after 11pm and waited for us while property is meant to close at 11pm. That was really appreciated as the service from staff was amazing. Breakfast was decent.

Looked like a motel and you could hear noise from the room next door.

Cleaning. Bedding very very dirty, looked like it hadn't been changed!!!! Disgusting (see the photos). In other hotels we always find some hair on the floor or in the bathroom. But on the bedding like this, I understand it to be unacceptable....it was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

Just 2 mid size towels for 3 days. At least I expect 1 towel for the shower and 1 towel for multiuse during the day. Everything is just the minimum, that's a pity
