The room was comfortable but dated . The staff were very helpful .
The location was a shock and d extremely disappointing . The outer appearance of the property is very poor . The breakfast was overpriced and the food was average . The dinner was also poor value for money .

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the woman that ran the breakfast room is a star.
Restaurant was good but not memorable. Some of the pricing seemed a bit high--E55 for a half bottle of champagne in the mini-bar and drinks at the bar were pricey. We took a cab into and out of the city and that was also more than expected.

The restaurant was goid
Very unfriendly staff at reception
Room very basic. Lino floor, no coffee pods, no dog provision, dated decor, no room explanation on arrival, small towels

The Food was good if a little limited in choice - I had room service and pool service only as a rushed stay - however it was delicious. - and the bed was comfortable however
Terrible location surrounded by some dystopian industrial / office / not sure what area - 15 mins from Avignon by car.
The room was like walking into a dodgy 80’s film set.
The corridors leading to room were soulless and tired.
Charged 14 euros for tap water hotel had put into bottles - that is not legal. When mentioned to reception he just shrugged
Swimming pool area and surrounding parts were not up to scratch and falling apart in places and tired. Not quite sure why others have rated it so highly - it’s not a good hotel apart from what I had of the food - but then again you’re in France and can get exceptional food everywhere.

The staff and the restaurant were excellent! The bed was also big and very comfortable.

The staff are excellent. The room was really clean and a very good size.
Our first impression on arrival was a little flat. The exterior paintwork as you approach leaves a lot to be desired. First impressions count for a lot. There are no USB connections which are now quite common.

The Chateau is close to our road links on journey from UK to Italy and super dog friendly. Great restaurant and food. Lovely people and accommodation.

Beautiful property, great staff, very clean room with extra towels and pillows. Manicured gardens.
Position is not the best, definitely need a car to get to nice places but we knew it before we came , so it wasn’t a surprise.

The hotel and gardens are wonderful. Breakfast in the garden was a nice way to start the day. The pool area is large and attractive. It's convenient to Avignon without the hassle of trying to find a place within the city.
They did not have a concierge or someone who easily advised about the area. The front desk staff filled this role. We later found out that the information provided wasn't accurate.

The bed and bathroom
The smell of an old house and the pool server was rude

very nice owner and staff; room was great and grounds were very nice
room rate was fine but the meals and spa services were very expensive

Quiet location and facilities good.
Price of meals - too expensive - undermined the overall impression - price of rooms was fair.

Lovely facility and grounds which would be good for organizational retreats or weddings. Not for tourists.
The location in Le Pontet is far away from Avignon and the only access seems to be by taxi (25+ Euros each way). Le Pontet is not a pretty town. The hotel is located in a residential area next to a school. and there is nothing of interest within walking distance. Prices for food are very high. Example: 27 Euros for a buffet breakfast or 9 Euros for a coke. We paid for two nights in advance, but had to leave after one night due to a flight change - hotel would not credit any portion of the second night.

Beautiful hotel in lovely surrounding. We only stopped for one night, but it certainly was a bit of lovely luxury.
Room was comfortable and the food was excellent the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming.
A very memorable experience especially the alfresco dining.

Room was fantastic with an outdoor veranda and extra room. Very spacious. They had some very nice touches—pool basket for towels, sunscreen etc. also a drying line for our swimsuits.
Bed was lumpy.
Required a drive into Avignon.

The spa was nice and the massage was good.
The staff were not very hospitable and each time we returned to the hotel they greeted us like we had just arrived and couldn't remember we were staying there. At checkout, they tried to charge us an extra 400 euros for services we did not have and they didn't apologize after going back and forth with them to make the changes to their errors. Overall, the hotel is overpriced and the location is not nice. I wouldn't reccomend staying here.
