Hotel just ok but expensive for what it was.

Large room and comfy bed. Receptionist very friendly.

Room was cold on arrival and heating took long time to warm up. Room and shower needed decorating. Lights not bright enough for reading in bed. Breakfast buffet had lots of things empty - no butter, no fromage blanc or yoghurt, no scrambled eggs, no milk. Staff very slow to refill.

Breakfast was expensive, charging for parking, and the whole facility was in very bad shape. The nonslip rugs outside were torn up, and our room had obvious water damage that had not been repaired.

Not much to say, it was alright for a one-night stay. Comfortable enough for a quick stop, but I wouldn’t choose to stay longer. The place has an old-style vibe, kind of like an old motel in the U.S. The receptionists didn’t speak English, but I managed to make myself understood. Overall, not terrible, just not somewhere I’d return to.

The hotel was quite pricy for the mediocre quality room we got, and it was not communicated beforehand that in order to use the spa, we would have needed to pay almost the same amount we paid for the room. This was quite a disappointment.

Nice Hotel for travellers.

The staff was super attentive and very friendly. All spoke English well and really tried to make your stay something special. The premises are well gated and have closed parking. Breakfast was good value for money.

The place was clean and quiet, the location didn’t really matter to us so I don’t know if it was good, the price is pretty good compared to other places, the only problem was that the bathroom door doesn’t close till the end, the staff were very nice.

Small, clean, well equipped room. Comfortable bed. Fair price. Huge TV and water boiler with coffee and tea in the room.

We had a motel-style room. The door of our room opened directly to the parkinglot, no hallway in between. Therefore rather loud and not as comfortable with people walking by in front of our window.

first of all they gave us a room that smelled like cigarette smoke. in the night at 4 am an alarm went off. the other morning they didn't even apologize. i would never go there again. there are so many other hotels that make the same price and are much better

The staff were lovely. They made the most of it with lovely gardens. Rooms clean.

It is in a retail park by busy roads . It is fine for a night stop if you have a car. Rooms are small. There is a frequent 20-minute C2 bus into avignon, and it is cheap.. I should have done more research before booking regarding the location. It wasn't right for us, but it's good if you are on a journey. Stop off. A taxi from avignon station is 25 euro.

The staffs were willing to help from the beginning. They were so friendly and kind. Especially the safety of the parking lot was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was excellent!

Really funky room. Very clean and a good bathroom. Lots of space in the family room and close to a couple of themed restaurants which was also good for the kids. Good secure parking too.

It was a bit expensive to use the pool and the kids weren't allowed in even if we wanted to pay

lovely room but lots of hidden extras . not as budget as planned

seemed newly refurbished, room lovely on 2 levels , comfy bed and gorgeous showers

location on a industrial estate but gated off and nice gardens so not too bad . what we didn’t like was the hidden extras . on booking says pool and spa . ( reason we paid more than the other local hotels ) . on arrival they asked for €35 per person to use and book the pools for 1 hour and had to book ( we declined ). Dined in restaurants in evening , set menu option , meat or fish . starters delicious ( if you like fish) . Main meat was awful. was a Turkey stew which was a small pot containing stock and bones . sent back and to be fair taken off bill , although staff argued initially saying it was the traditional Provence way of cooking!! breakfast buffet excellent with gorgeous pastries juice and eggs

Staff was really nice.

This place is a classic US style motel by the bigger road. Room was extremly tiny with not much space for anything else than sleeping and all equipment attached to the wall. Perhaps good for a night or two- long stay on work travel. We didn’t try spa, however, we found much more comfortable and classy rooms in this price category during our travel in south of France.
