disappointing

The bed were comfortable

A/c worked really poorly and was noisy. The bathroom had no place to hang anything or to even put the towel next to the shower, I had to put it on the toilet. no toiletries in The bathroom. the hotel is close to a club that kept having loud music until 2am, making it difficult to sleep. The night entrance was left wide open all night without need for a key to enter so anybody could enter the hotel where the rooms were. No a/c in the common areas although there was the actual a/c system (we could see it maybe it was broken or they did not want to turn it on to save money?). About 20 minutes from Avignon downtown. Overall, if you are a sound sleeper this solution can be ok for one night.

The hotel is under-construction. It lacks of cleanness everywhere, in the rooms and in the commun areas. It was worst hotel we have ever been. For example, we arrive at the hotel and our room was not done, was not clean. The receptionist not even come to see, she didn't believe us and ask other person to come with us. They gave us another room that had a sexual object under the bed...

Security doors were left open all night. Please take down deceptive photo of pool. It is empty. Bathroom door doesn’t open well. Mattresses too soft. Very cheap feel overall

Etablissement familial et personnel très accueillant, chambre propre et confortable. Cet hotel est jumelé avec un restaurant de qualité, très agréable notamment le soir après une journée passée en centre ville.

La gentillesse de la dame du matin au petit déjeuner

L’arrivée, la réservation était pour 2 jours chambre réservée rdc avec douche et on nous a changé au 1er avec une baignoire très haute , de plus personne avant 17h , impossible de prendre un café ou autres au bar de l’hôtel, distributeur HS , distributeur de boissons fraîches pas de jus, pas d’eau gazeuse, que de l’eau, la carte pour le deuxième jour pas encodé donc pas possible de rentrer car personne avant 17h heureusement il y avait un numéro de tel car pour la nuit et avant 17 heures il faut faire le tour de l’hôtel et allez derrière car pas d’ouverture par le réception et de plus l’hôtel est vendu avec piscine mais l’eau verte et piscine fermée non pas ouf

Personnel. ,Accueil, adorables Resto planet rock a côté magnifique et tres bon repas prix raisonnable Environnement calme Juste chambre un peu poussiéreuse ventilation salle de bain et sous le lit dommage ... mais le reste nous a fait carrément oublier ce petit detail

Ce que nous n'avons pas apprécié, c'est l'accueil profondément irrespectueux que nous avons reçu de la part de la personne à la réception. Dès notre arrivée, son attitude était froide, condescendante et marquée par des propos et comportements que nous avons perçus comme racistes. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel en pensant y trouver professionnalisme et bienveillance, mais malheureusement, cette expérience a été blessante et décevante. Le respect et l’égalité de traitement devraient être des valeurs fondamentales dans tout établissement recevant du public.

Repas et apéro non disponible par rapport à ce qui était noté et piscine non disponible le lendemain pour toute la journée car en nettoyage on a juste eu la possibilité de dormir au final!

Accessible et assez loin de la route passagère

Petit parking où les bornes électriques ne sont pas disponibles ! (voiture non électrique sur une place avec borne et pour les 3 autres bornes, elles sont devant les places handicapées occupées par le personnel ou les patrons) La literie n'était pas confortable pour mon goût car le matelas était trop mou (mal de dos assuré)
