Incredibly convenient as an overnight stay with a secure car park. Staff were incredibly helpful in assisting with a few queries and requests.
The towels etc were a bit sparse and there was no kettle in the room. There was boiling water and a microwave available though for our use 24/7.

Friendly and smiley staff. Big, safe parking area. Great starting point to reach the old town in just a few minutes, whether by car or public transport. I really appreciated being able to jump into the pool after almost 10 hours of driving.
What I loved the most though was the breakfast — honestly, it alone was worth the price of the stay! Amazing cheeses, pastries, jams… I really made the most of it!
The triple room was super small, but hey, that’s kind of expected in a budget hotel. At least it was quite clean. There’s no elevator, which I missed in the description — my bad.
Now, a couple of things I think should be improved — just a heads-up to management:
- Pool cleanliness. The water was greenish and really dirty, with floating clumps of stuff… it honestly looked more like a swamp in the Camargue than a hotel pool.
- Bar prices. I paid €13 for a draft beer (and not even a fancy one) — seriously way over the top. Jokes are fine, but not when it comes to beer! 😄
All in all: a stay I’d rate a 6, but I’m giving it a 7 to encourage the kind staff and for that amazing breakfast. See you next time!

Loved the breakfast buffet and rolms were excellent. Location great as it is off the main motorway.
The pool area needs maintenance.

Welcoming check in with the receptionist, rooms were small but had everything we needed, plenty of car parking. On direct bus route into town

Good place to stay on the outskirts of the city, clean, cheap and simple. The staff were nice and friendly, convenient parking.
The building is quite old. WiFi was not that good. No elevators. No mesh screen on the windows so if you leave it open expect a room full of mosquitos.

All the good was ruined by the fact that they charged my credit card without my consent and not returning it.
I paid for the trip via the Booking.com app. When I arrived, they asked for my credit card “for guarantee” and immediately charged me €80 without any explanation. A week later, they still haven’t returned the money. At one point, they mentioned a bank holiday and told me to wait two days — but it’s now been a full week with no refund, no communication, and no valid reason for the additional charge in the first place.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room and bed. Excellent location for A7 autoroute and for Avignon centre. Staff extremely friendly and helpful . Will certainly return.

- The staff was very friendly
- The room is small but comfortable
- It’s clean and calm
- The breakfast was not very diverse, mainly sweet options.
- The hotel is “far” from the center BUT there is a bus just in front bringing you there so that’s ok.

It is near a bus station which drives each 15m to the Center. Good free parking.
The pool isn’t s pool, rather 6x4m?!

Excellent service! Andréa from the reception helped me get bus tickets using an app, and her guidance was spot on. Give her a raise!
The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great. Free parking was great to have, since we had rented a car to go see the lavender fields.
The sparkling water dispenser was amazing!
We had to switch rooms since they got confused and forgot to change our sheets and towels, but once we pointed it out, it was handled.

Easy to get to, on-site parking, friendly staff
Room extremely tiny, no hand towels provided, pool grout over the entire surface of the tiled pool covered in black. Absolutely disgusting! Needs to be resurfaced. The pool lingers were also filthy.

Very clean. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Convenient bus stop. Air conditioned rooms.
Small rooms. Out of town in busy industrial/ commercial area. Characterless.

it has a nice touch and much potential
there was no mattress in the cod and instead of telling and finding a solution they tried to cover up which made us feel like fools that wouldn’t realize… we got help and in the end we were able to have a some what comfortable bed, but it left a bad impression.
furthermore the door was in bad shape and only with force it was possible to close which was extremely loud for all the guest around and also not helpful for the once trying to sleep in the room

Very Good breakfast! We loved new fizzy water machine in the hall!! Excelent beds and lovely pool. Sadly we couldn't swim because of the Mistral... but we visited the Pope's Palace instead!!

Nice place a bit outside of Avignon but still easy to reach the city center by car or bus. The breakfast is really awesome and the best we ever had in an ibis hotel

Staff were super helpful, Beds were comfy, rooms were quiet, food at the hotel was great, good transport facilities, Wi-Fi worked well
Twin room was a little small for two. Some of the staff spoke limited English so it was tricky at times, but they tried their best and were so helpful

The hotel is not close to the centre of Avignon and is located in a commercial area outside the city. However for our 1 night stay it was in a good location to drive to the next stage of our tour of Provence.. There is a large free car park and the hotel has a restaurant and bar plus an outdoor swimming pool... not open during our stay in March. The room was clean and had a good bathroom with a walk in shower.. We used the hotel for breakfast and the evening meal. The breakfast choice was very good and of a good quality. However, the choice for dinner was limited due to our stay being a Sunday in March and few people staying in the hotel. This is a budget hotel so don't expect 4 star service.
Room was hot and air conditioning not working. Bed pillows to soft and with a heavy winter duvet made sleeping difficult. If you want to visit the historical area of Avignion you will need a car as the hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the city centre. There is however a bus stop outside the hotel if you don't want to pay the high car parking costs in Avignion.

The staff were absolutely excellent. The accommodation was very good. It was on a frequent bus route (c3) to the centre. It was all excellent.

Very nice reception by Andrea. Full marks
Sliced bread was old and dry at breakfast.

Was given a room that had not been made up or cleaned but the staff quickly changed us to a new room.
Very helpful staff helped us carry the bags up as I had recently had an operation and could not carry the suitcase and there was no lifts.
The hotel could do with a good update the hotel is a bit dated.
Breakfast had not breakfast tea but lots of other specialty teas.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.
20 mins from the city by bus. Somehow bus route isn't shown in google map so you need to use paper map like the old days.
I wish they have more snacks at the bat since the location is far from any grocery.
6.0 / 10.0
1. The pool
2. Free parking
3. Helpful desk staff
1. Deep end of the pool starts too soon. Very little space for kids to swim.
2. Rooms are very small. No space to move around.
3. The room with double bed and single bed just had a cot, not a bed.
4. Requested two rooms close to each other. They were two floors apart.
5. No elevator.
6. Food expensive and not very good.
7. Waitress wrote our son's order wrong. Said twice that he wanted a hamburger, not chicken nuggets and she brought chicken nuggets.
