Very disappointing.

Location and the hotel grounds were ok

My room had a terrible smell of drains/sewage due to a badly repaired toilet. The air conditioning unit was leaking and very noisy. It had to be switched off so I could sleep.

Nice place to stay in Avignon

- breakfast: fresh French bread and pastries, cheese, cham, milk and cereals - was really good - friendly and helpful staff - online check in - outside place for chilling

- rooms are really tiny, so it's a bit challenging to fit with the whole family - wifi connection - didnt work in our room

Paper thin walls. We could hear a baby crying on the other room. Had to sleep with earplugs. Our AC unit was very noisy too. The bathroom was old. Overall the room wasn’t very nice, but the outside it was.

Very easy to find and close to a few take away restaurants so, despite arriving late, we were still able to source dinner. Staff in the morning were lovely - they didn't realise we'd arrived so late, so re-opened the kitchen for us for breakfast.

Had more of a motel feel than a hotel feel (although that didn't particularly bother us).

Calm and peaceful location, great breakfast!

Great locality — it’s very quiet and peaceful. Surroundings are great too! You don’t even feel like being in a city. Rooms give you more privacy than you would expect, since all rooms are on the ground with the entry from outside, and they have pretty thick walls. Bathroom has a bathtub, which is not what I would expect in this price range! Another amazing thing was breakfast, which had a very vide variety of foods to choose from! Check-in and check-out were smooth and personal was great!

My bed was in the haunted spot where Wi-Fi just kept dropping after few seconds and funnily, it was not just Wi-Fi, but even my phone signal as well. Sometimes I could find some spots where it worked, but moving my laptop or phone by a centimeter resulted in connection being dropped out again. I was able to find some working spot on the last day. There is definitely an improvement to be had here. Toilet was leaking water a little bit, so you could hear it filling the tank on its own once in a while, but no biggie!

Breakfast was fine, and the lady serving was very polite

The fact that I was double charged just because I bought a coffee. Upon arrival I asked if I can pay for coffee and offered cash for it however the guy in the reception refused and instead canceled the previous 'hold" that was made on my account for the hotel, and made a new one which left me short of €179 for the period of 5 days!

Bad experience.

Rooms, bad rooms, complete building, gardens urgently needs maintenance. The floor of our room was dirty, the bedroom with hairs on the floor. Parking lot was not sufficient and we had to park our car in the outside.

the apartments have no charme and the beds are really uncomfortable. the bed for a couple were two separated beds put next to another. when I moved at night the whole bed also moved. the bathroom smelled horrible like a very long time not well cleaned. we wanted to wash our clothes, they told us it was no problem and the women of the reception put the clothes in the washing mashine. half an hour later another guy who also worked there had taken out our clothes without being washed so he could wash his clothes. the apartment is located in the industrial zone outside Avignon, you need a car to go to the city, public transportation from this place takes over 1 hour to go to the center.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful.. Breakfast was adequate and simple. Coffee machine needs adjustment as even Expresso tasted like water. The parking and garden is good and secure. It's a quick bus ride to the city.

Rooms really need upgrade. Small rooms with tiny bathrooms. Needs major upgrade.
