Comfortable but tired...nice pool

Swimming pool. Warm welcome.

We booked a double bed & single, apparently none of the triples are set up like this despite description & photos on booking.com. showing this. Also tea coffee kettle photo is false too. Manager put us in family room however which was ok. No food in room request due to ants. A/c units never been cleaned I suspect and overall pretty tired room.

Comfy bed. Handy location for us for our work purposes.

Very disappointed that we could not get any food as we arrived at about 9pm. Staff member not very helpful. Very surprised that when we returned an hour later having gone elsewhere to eat to see a table for 6 eating! The place could do with a lick of paint and a good cleaning of the carpets up on the second floor.

Disappointing stay, but still nice to have a pool even though super small and crowded

The staff was nice and there is a small swimming pool.

The pool's picture was much better than reality. the pool looked much much bigger in the hotel's website and booking.com but it is actually quite small. It was overcrowded everytime we've been there, as the pool was ONLY accessible from 10am to 8pm so this is a race to shotgun the sun bads which were really limited. Half of the hotel guests had to lay on the floor. Moreover you can see on Booking.com pictures of: 1) an outdoor table with breakfast 2) cocktails glasses at the pool, next to the sun beds. BUT in reality, it was forbidden to drink or eat at the pool, the pool is only accessible through the hotel's car park, and the only single table outdoor was almost in the car park so not super nicely located and pleasant to have breakfast there. Therefore everything was kind of disappointing as the pictures presented on Booking.com are really "scammy-ish". The location is quite far away from the city center, therefore you need a car or a cab to go to Avignon. The zone is pretty industrial so this is not super nice.

Easy to find. Place for one night is was all we needed. Large comfy mattress, good wifi. There was option for dinner which was lovely cause there not much to choose around. Anyway no problem there at all.

La saleté de la chambre, literie humide, oreiller taché de fond de teint et un autre avec l'odeur de parfum d'un homme...chips au sol avec des milliers de fourmis y compris dans le lit, j'ai dû dormir en jeans et pull ... Manque une table de nuit et l'éclairage car pas de lumière à gauche du lit du à l'ampoule grillé.... La responsable avait promis de me rembourser et Elle l'a fait donc MERCI POUR VOTRE PROFESSIONALISME

L’accueil du personnel. Très sympathique et agréable

La finesse des cloisons ne laissant aucune chance à l’intimité. Étant placés au rez-de-chaussée, nous entendions même les verres situés à l’entrée qui s’interchoquaient. La literie vraiment limite. La douche, dont la température ne faisait que passer du chaud au froid sans aucune raison.
