Cowool was surprising from the start. This was a hotel option among many in Avignon. Though there was some description about "coliving" and "coworking" it was not clear what this meant until we got there. We came to a nice little apartment, with a kitchen, living room and open concept shower area (quite nice!), and a little outdoor sitting area outside of our sliding door (we were luckily on the main floor), combined with hotel space that provided comfortable working areas and clearly places to work and eat together as a group. The latter element was not in our interest, but we could consider this an excellent place for a workshop when traveling for work related objectives. We chose to eat light dinners at the hotel, and used the very nice outdoor common area to sit and enjoy being outside while still shaded from incredibly hot weather. They have clothes washing facilities (use an app) which worked like a charm, and we noted (though did not use) a large exercise/training/fitness area that seemed very well equipped. The tram is only about 10 min walk away (if that), and takes around 20 min to the centre or walled part of the city. Easy to navigate and very helpful staff.

It was a challenge to get in! Perhaps we did not read the instructions correctly, but we ended up phoning the phone number on the gate (there is a high fence around the whole complex, including even the entrance to the hotel) meaning I had to phone long-distance to ask to be let into the gate. More clarity and a better way to do this might be helpful.

The design and staff are amazing. You can stay in comfortable place with working facilities and beautiful garden near the city.

There are no bar or cafe in the hotel. If you could put some wine and fruits in the fridge it would be great.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of facilities, gym, garden, washing machine & tumble dryers, cinema etc. The studio apartment was great and really nicely decorated, everything you need for a few nights the bed that was hidden by doors was soo comfortable and nice bedding. Secure parking and secure entry in and out of the building.

The concept of communal living/working space was a bit strange but seemed to work. The shower was good but has no enclosure it's just open to the apartment and water goes everywhere! The location isn't great it's about a half an hour walk to the centre but didn't feel particularly safe in the neighborhood although we got a taxi in and out no problems.

Loved the room layout and facilities. Great kitchen with pots and pans, fridge & kettle. Shower room had a Lovely little bag with shower gel / hair shampoo....such a nice touch! Liked the modern decor & being able to close the doors to hide the bed. Loved the garden space. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

A supply of tea bags would be good. The A/C didn't work so we had to have the door open to cool the room which was noisy from traffic. .

Cowool is pretty much the perfect coliving and coworking space. The facilities are outstanding and staff are very kind and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stylish studio apartment, which came with an excellent desk with several different types of chairs, a sofa, a very comfortable double bed, a small but usable kitchen, a microwave, a great shower, a wash basin with plenty of room for toiletries, a toilet, plenty of storage, good Wi-Fi, multiple power points, air conditioning, double glazing and good sound-proofing. You'll barely hear the traffic from the nearby crossroads when the windows are closed, and you won't hear much of your neighbours, either. I slept like a log at night. The only thing that's lacking (for now) is a lively coworking community that organises many activities for its members, but that's because the place has only just opened and is not very well known yet in the nomad community. I'm sure the community aspect will come later. For now, just enjoy this place for its excellent facilities.

The only thing I didn't like was the wet bathroom. There's no shower curtain or screen, meaning you have to mop the floor every time you take a shower. I don't like that. It's the only flaw in the apartment, though.

Über Booking.com zu buchen besser ist es direkt zu buchen man sollte aber über gute englisch Kenntnisse haben

Nous étions un groupe de 12 (dont une famille de 4, des couples, des célibataires), dans 7 studios (identiques, pour une ou 2 personnes), nous cherchions un hôtel près du cabaret Monopolis où nous avons passé la soirée, le Cowool nous a pleinement satisfait, au niveau de l'accueil, des chambres (très calmes, avec 2 fenêtres double-vitrage), et de la salle à manger commune où nous avons pris ensemble le petit-déjeuner avec ce que nous avions apporté. Il y avait aussi plein d'équipements (salle cinéma, salle de sports, espaces communs, etc.) qui paraissaient très bien mais que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester.

On a moins apprécié le côté "alcôve" du lit, sans passage sur les côtés et qui oblige à rentrer dans le lit par le pied du lit, et la fermeture de l'alcôve par 2 portes qui si on les ferme peuvent perturber les claustrophobes et si on les laisse ouvertes peuvent laisser passer la lumière du matin en été.

Il s'agit moins de chambres classiques que de studios; J'ai déjeuné dans la chambre, équipée d'un four micro-ondes, une cafetière, une bouilloire, une plaque chauffante et un réfrigérateur. Pour moi, c'était beaucoup plus pratique. Equipement informatique au rez-de chaussée et une belle offre complémentaire plus ou moins utile en ce qui me concerne : distribution de repas d'appoint (apparemment de bonne qualité), buanderie en libre service etc. bref un concept assez original particulièrement adapté aux déplacements professionnels un peu long. Parking très pratique aussi et bonne humeur remarquable à la réception.

Le rideau de la douche ne couvre pas toute la surface , il serait préférable d’avoir plus d’intimité même si je voyage avec mon partenaire

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je viens, réticente au niveau du prix au début , mais finalement jamais déçu .

Les appartements sont grands, propres biens equipés avec une décoration de type industriel très sympa.. Les parties communes sont très agréables... Il ne manque rien,,, salle de sport, salle de travail, salle de jeux et de divertissements... Super

Tout me convenait...

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann sein Auto auf einem bewachten Parkplatz abstellen und es gibt einen abschließbaren Raum für Fahrräder.

Die Küche wird nicht von der Unterkunft gereinigt sondern von den Gästen. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Besteck und auch die Gläser dreckig. Hygienischer wäre es, wenn das Geschirr regelmäßig mit einem Geschirrspüler gereinigt würde. Uns hat es nicht so gut gefallen im Flur hinter einer Plastikpalme zu duschen. Zumindest der Duschvorhang sollte die Dusche komplett umschließen. Ein eigener Schlüssel für den Fahrradraum wäre ebenfalls praktisch.

Personnel très agréable, prêt à rendre service. Équipements au top , salle de cinéma, de conférence, de sport extérieur très dépaysant, au calme, entouré de verdure avec petit jardin à dispo . Parking intérieur sécurisé. Appartement impeccable, avec clim et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner , petit frigo, plaques etc Salle de bain magnifique et pas mal de rangements

Petit bémol pour la s de b , elle pourrait être isolée du reste de l'appart ...
