Everything was good. Good location. Not far from centre. Easy checkin, nice parking.

From 3:00 am long and loud screams and discussions of the neighbours through the thin walls. Was very hard to have a rest. The deposit of €50 was returned after 30 days only.

As a touring motorcyclist this was a secure, great value and comfortable overnight stop

The rooms are more like a studio flat with facilities. Parking was very good, secure off road, keycode access. The room is basic but clean and warm, mine had a balcony. Campus feel to this site. It is outside the city walls which is good, but an easy walk to reach the city centre. Great value.

Traffic on the main roads is pretty heavy. Not the apartment's fault of course but factor it in to your travel.

Free parking. Not too far from the town centre (about 25 min walk). Pet friendly

€50 deposit required. One of the twin beds was very noisy. Free secured parking in a not so nice area but the gate was tied open all the time (including the night)

The street where the property is located was dirty and doesn’t seem safe. The Corridor stinks.

Perfect for a nights stay on your route to final destination

Stayed in one of the apartments that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay 1 nights stay. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and bedroom combined in one space, while the bathroom was separate, which was convenient. The kitchen had all the essentials, including a stove top, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery—perfect for preparing meals. A kettle with tea and coffee was also provided. If you need a hairdryer, you have to request it from reception, free of charge. There was also a fan in the room, an extra blanket in the cupboard, and hangers for clothes. The bathroom was clean and came with toilet paper and a small bottle of shower gel, though we preferred to use our own products. Towels and bedside lamps were also provided. The room even had a broom and duster to keep things tidy. The property offers private parking at the back of the building, which was a great plus. Checking in was smooth—upon arrival, we went to reception, where we were given a key and an envelope with all the necessary information in our language. Samuel, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. A €50 damage deposit is required at check-in, which you get back if there’s no damage. For check-out, if you leave before the official time, you can simply drop your key in the box at the parking gate. Overall, a good experience with a welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend!

Great value, clean, new room with kitchenette in a secured building and parking. Highly recommend.

Even though the neighborhood was safe and not run down, we were very happy with the security of the building and that the parking was gated. The property looks new-ish and the room was clean and new. It was nice to have a kitchenette with tableware and cooking ware included. The bathroom was nice. The room isn't as nice as a hotel room, but we liked it better because of the tile floors which are cleaner than carpeting. The large-tank water heater is in the bathroom which assured us we would have hot water for a shower. Nice, hot water.

The room had sort of a dorm-room feel to it because there were no decorations/pictures on the wall but that didn't really matter to us. The room and property were a great value for a stay in Avignon. The towels were a little thin, but they were fine.

Location in quiet place but within walking distance to old Avinion. Room was big with kitchen annex fully equipped with cutleware, dishes, etc allowing to prepare meals. Free private parking within the hotel area.

room and bathroom was clean but entry to the building and lifts look like never touched by cleaning services. Wifi practically was not working (extremely slow connection)

Excellent location, 20-30 minutes walk from the historic centre. We were able to leave the car for a few days. Car park safe and there are a number of amenities ( supermarket etc.) at a short walk 's distance. The room and bathroom (clean towels)were very tidy. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Good value for money.

No staff at reception and poor Internet connection, not ideal if you need to do any work during your stay. A few more bits (coffee making ?) in the kitchen would be useful.

The location is not far from the old town. There is also a supermarket nearby.

The flat/apartment has been used a lot, and traces of long use are visible. The worst is not the scratched walls or the broken cupboards used, but the hygiene. I would accept all that used and worn furniture, but not the dirt. They would need to improve hygiene or improve control of cleaning. The location is not exactly in the best part of town. That part of the city seems to have been a little forgotten by the city cleaning services.

The room was clean and complete. We didn't use all facilities, but there was a kitchenette and two desks for working. Our shower broke, and after I reported it at the front desk, someone fixed it within 15 minutes, putting on a completely new shower. Guy at reception was super kind.

The free wifi was extremely slow, not enough for working. However, I think you can buy a bigger plan.

Good value apartment without a/c

Apartment spacious and very clean. There is the possibility to have a good breakfast for 8 euro and there is also a free outdoor parking space inside the building. We didn't use a lot the kitchen, but it is fully equipped.

There is no air conditioning, only a couple of fans; the problem is that we went there in August and the temperature was very high, it was difficult to sleep in the night. The residence is not too far from the south wall of Avignon, but the area around the residence is not really nice.

Spacious areas and private parking, and that's it.

Poorly designed with many flaws. Exhaust machine in the kitchen was just for show because the fumes just went thru the machine back into the kitchen. No exhaust pipes installed. No exhaust for the indoor toilet. No A/C installed... too hot to sleep. The price was too high for what was offered. I recommend the hotel owners to check into other hotels to see where the standard for the value/pricing asked is. Sad to write this review but it wasn't a pleasant experience for me and my family.

We had to carry out the trash on the day we left. Never tried that before. The beds were too hard. I thought the price was a bit too high considering the location.

good place for few days!

The recepcionist (Mathieu)was very friendly, helpful and professional. The space was very roomy and we saw the pics that not so well equipped but it was good for two days! It was very clean and had parking place inside what was important for us.

Pleasant

10 min walk to city walls, 20/30 min walk to center of old town. Avignon was a great base for exploring the region. The facilities were good for the price point. Simple, but comfortable enough. Staff were delightful. The area felt plenty safe, relatively quiet and good soundproofing in rooms.

Uncomfortably hot in the rooms. The rooms get extremely hot during the day and don't cool down much at night. The fans help, but with no AC it's hard to spend time in the rooms. If you come in the summer when it's hot, don't plan on being able to spend time in the apartment from mid morning to evening.

Being approached for an extra €50 deposit despite “includes all fees and tax”. I arrived late, couldn’t find the towels and then had no fresh water. Being out of town, I wasn’t entirely comfortable wandering into the centre to find food and water. Not the best location.
