A nice base from which to explore Avignon for a few days.

Location, EV charging, parking, nice sized room, good facilities for a longer stay (gym, washing machine…).

The room had everything you needed but not one thing more than that. Tasteless plain utilitarian decor, two uncomfortable plastic chairs.

Very good location and good value for money!

Perfect location if arriving with car! Staff was helpful and arranged a parking space for me, even if I forgot to make reservations for it. All historical sites are within walking distance from hotel, restaurants, fast-food joints and supermarkets are within 10min walk from hotel. Spacious room with kitchenette and utensils. A quite and neat place to stay at for a few nights.

When in Avignon, I'm pleased to stay here.

It's a great location to explore the city. There is a grocery store in the next building, a bus stop across the street, and the train station is not too far off if you've been sitting all day and didn't overpack. I found the staff very helpful and engaging.

I highly recommend you switch to the accordion-style shower closure, because I did not enjoy the curtain experience.

Convenient short stay near old Avignon walls

Convenient location right outside old city walls. 15 min to all major sites. Free parking nearby. A bit outdated, but good water pressure and comfy beds. Perfect for a short stay.

Bathroom needs some updating and new replaced caulking.

Nice room for for 1 night, good location, good staff. no tea/coffee.

Comfy small double room with en-suite room in a kind of apartment block compound. Possibly connected to the University of Avignon, certainly located near the university. very secure building. Staff on site during the day in a reception building and staff are around at night. Grounds and building is access using a key card and also the room. Good communication between apartment staff and myself via email messager. Good instruction how to get to property by using bues from Avignon train station. Staff helped me access the free WiFi. room has doulbe bed with pillows and duvet. Samm table on each side of bed. kitchenette with sink, fridge and hob. Some plates, cups, glasses on high shelves, a couple of pans. A kettle and coffee maker in room. En-suite bathroom with good shower, toilet, bath towels, toilet paper. Air condtioning in room. Lift/elevator to all floors. Paid breakfast bufet style breakfast. Several options, including scrambled eggs. Apartment close to the old town with several eateries. Supermakaret 2 minute walk from apartment. Parking available.

Don't use the stair u nless necessary. They'vey ld and on a funny angle. OK breakfast, but staff didn't speak god enough English for to understand all foods available. The courtyard surrounidng the apartment felt like a prison. The restaurant close early. No tea/offee in room, free or paid.

Superb

Location very cerntral, convinience of a Supermarket in the same complex. Room facing back yard are nice quiet. Decor and equipments for kitchenette adequate. Its our second stay there. Bonus, the opportunity for free 24 hrs underground parking below in the P section of the supermarket. The booms are open.

We ended up being blocked in for most of a day by another driver whose carpark we erroneously took in the underground carpark - and no help available. Better explanations would help. Otherwise the aparthotel was great.

In the rooms you need to find the switch to start the Refrigerator . You need to twist the water outlet for toilet in order to have water. No notification about this in the room

Good location, next to gate of old town, 20 min walking from train station. Very clean, comfortable bed, smilie and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The only downgrade is the timetable of reception, you can find a person only specific hours and check in is only after 15:00. We had difficulty to leave our luggage before check in.

The hotel is a minute's walk from the city gate. Everything is very conveniently organized for access at a time when the reception is closed. The room is large enough and comfortable. Large windows and parquet on the floor, which gives charm. Breakfast is not varied, but you can have a snack. Parking is available near the hotel for an additional fee. Pets are allowed. Disposable tableware is used for breakfast. It was unexpected, but normal.

Clean and bright hotel. Lovely staff. Location good. Basic but overall a good place to stay. About 30 minute walk from Avignon Centre train station and easy to find.

Free toiletries consisted of one sachet of hair/shower gel each for a 4 day stay. Only given one bath towel each - no hand towels.

Enjoyed Avignon. Had a good view from the window of the Papal Palace.

Next to easy access to inner city, with underground parking. Good choice because I didn't know the city before I came. Hadn't rented this kind of accommodation before, so it was new, but good value for money.

The only thing I noticed was they don't take cash, only credit card. Made me wonder about the crime rate in the neighborhood. But all was well.
