Location was great , short walk from the station and pretty much in the centre of the city ,
Check in process was not great. Received a call from the hotel explaining how to check in, nobody at reception. The hotel has a bad spell like a toilet . Room also has a bad smell , very basic . Very worn, tired property.

There was nothing to like with the hotel except the location, the rest of the experience with this hotel was very ver bad. The lady at the receptionist was not helpful at all and asked me to call the hotel emergency number to register my complaints.
The overall experience was really bad. I paid and booked a triple room, and what I got was small double room with a sofa bed. The overall staff is very unhelpful , it took the lady at the reception almost an hour to figure out what to do and then she called the manager and the manager then compensated with another small single room. The receptionist kept telling me that you have 3 beds in the room , that's what you paid for, the size of the room doesn't matter. The breakfast was terrible, one croissant per person only and just a baguette with cheese, butter and salami. This was more of a scam than a hotel. I will never ever return and don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

In centre of town.
Despite asking for parking …. There was no parking! Extremely difficult to find, we almost gave up!!

the room is too small compare my stay in NICE for the same price in Hotel Trocadero

Convenient location, easy walk from the train station. The room was fine for a short solo stay.
The staff have a fondness for ringing you on your telephone. Like for everything.

It was very quiet both inside the hotel and the street noise

no curtain on the window

It was very close to the train station - 5 minutes walk and close to the historic sites and restaurants
it has no elevator with very narrow staircase. Room - It could use some updating

The Hotel is convenient to the train stations and the bus station, as well as all the sights in Avignon. Great for walking/biking.
This is a good value hotel, very clean and comfortable room and mine was large with a sofa and table area, as well as a closet and coffee/tea electric pot. However, as others have noted and I knew ahead of time, my room had an « Italian Shower » meaning a small square area with no glass or curtain. The shower temperature and pressure were fantastic, but the bathroom tiled floor is well watered.
The desk clerk helped me get my luggage up a winding staircase to the third floor as there is no elevator. There is no lobby, just a desk, but there is a nice room for breakfast. The staff were caring.
In summary, it is worn, but has a charm about it. Since I am active and a hotel is a place to relax/sleep between adventures, it was perfect for me. Seems to be popular with biking/adventure folks.
It certainly was a value in a time when there were few options in the town on Bookings for some reason.

Great location, very quiet at night

A typical French B&B
The first night we had no sheet o n the bed & had to sleep on top of the quilt. When we reported this we had a weak ‘sorry’. The toilet seat was broken, we reported this, but nothing was done. The window catch was broken & held closed by a coat hanger. The room was clean, but there was a lack of assistance for any problems. It looks like the hotel may be in the process of renovation, but cannot currently recommend

I did not take any breakfast, but it was reasonably priced and looked good
The bed stood directly next to the door, which let through quite some noise. Luckily I had to wake up early, because the neighbours got up just after me

Conveniently located, nice bedroom. Large towels, good heating.
Bathroom door swang back and banged when you opened it. The shower holder did not fit the shower head, but we found a workaround. We didn’t have enough loo paper and had to keep asking for more. However, otherwise we were very happy with the stay and there were many things that we were happy with. The curtain near the loo in the bathroom was dirty (please clean it!) and the shower floor could do with some paint. The ceiling could do with some cleaning/painting/mending.

Location
Toilet was in bad shape the wash basin was dripping made the floor wet. The shower was weak. The mirror next to the door almost fell down. Breakfast was too simple without hot foods. I've stayed in loads of hotel and it was the first time there were no eggs available for breakfast!

Location is great, very central, short walking distance to all the attractions. Lots of restaurants around.
Very basic Ikea interior. Our room was in need of renovation, peeling paint didn't hide that well. Since the hotel is in historic center, it was hard to find a parking spot. Good thing - train station parking is just 5min walk away.

Placed in the heart of Avignon, close to the station (Gare central) and Popes Palace. Friendly staff.
A narrow and 'squeezed' small hotel. Not really charming.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was in the city walls and easy to get to, fresh towels provided each day, very inviting mini fridge, comfortable bed, there was an underground parking lot nearby and great restaurants
Very thin walls make watching tv at night awkward, they had a very bad sewage problem while we were there, the smell was coming out from the halls into our room, unfortunately it was so bad that we ended up feeling nauseous from it and head over to O'collins Irish pub to help us escape briefly. Opening the windows was an option but also let the mosquitoes come in. :(

Excellent location, the only staff I encountered on the second day of my stay after a miserable start
I arrived in the center 15 min to the reception area closing time (7pm.) I called for help in locating the hotel. The clerk directed me to a bank on the corner, and told me to call and wait infront of the bank. I did as instructed and no one answered the phone.... I called repeatedly and got an outgoing recording with no answer. After 7 unanswered calls, Cold, frustrated and tired I booked another room at a nearby hotel, (despite the fact that my room @ Hotel Les Corps Saints was paid in advance.) At exactly 11:30pm the same night while I was asleep at another hotel, I received a call confirming my "arrival"... I received at TEXT the following morning with the access code for the front door along with my room number.... Why did I not receive this information the previous evening????

The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. Staff were friendly.
The room had a chemical toilet which stank and was loud when flushed. There was a damp patch on the ceiling. The shower was dirty and didn't drain properly. The whole place clearly needed redecorating and modernising. The plug on the kettle was so short it only worked if you put it on a chair.

We particularly liked the ambiance of this little hotel. Also it was easy to reach from the train station and it was within a good walking distance from the center. All in all a very good experience.

Room was nice and large. Bed was very comfortable. Good breakfasts at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for our needs - within the walled city, short walk from the railway station, close to a park, restaurants, street cafes etc.
Bathroom was fine but could do with an upgrade

Clean and quiet
The bed was lopsided and I kept falling out if it, and finally slept on the floor. No elevator. Room was very small - 8 m2. Receptionist didn't wear a face mask while talking to me.

The room was amazing. The view from my window. Perfect location close to all the bars and shops but. Ot in the middle. And it's I. A small alley so cars dont pass and that's super important as I learn it later
Carry my bags to the 3rd floor. But the view was still soooooo worth it

1, very near to Avignon central station. 5 min walk
2, super good breakfast. Definitely worthy 9 euro
3, small but cosy room with windows towards street.
1, WiFi very unstable. Sometimes cannot be used. But generally ok to watch YouTube etc when it worked. If you have iPhone, please ask reception for the help to connect to WiFi.
2, sometimes no staff at reception, you need to wait a while. When I left, there was no staff at the reception and I could take my luggage directly and left without notice.
