Gorgeous well appointed rooms. Clean and tidy, shampoos, soap, towels, bedding all provided. Friendly staff.

We loved the cute courtyard and the proximity to the Centre of Avignon. Although in the outer edge, it was still a delightful place to stay. Breakfast was awesome, we were fighting for freshly baked Croissants - some guests were just greedy. All of the staff were very helpful even helping my husband with his newly broken little toe.

I would just say a small little fridge in the room would have made it perfect. Although they were able to store my cheese in their fridges.

It was a convenient place to sleep, and move on.

The location was good, on the edge of the old town, though it took some maneuvering on tight one-way lanes to find it. Staff were quite friendly and helpful, lent us a kettle and oriented us to the easiest walking routes.

Description of the rooms as comfortable is false. They are cramped, and the climate control did not function properly. We heard our neighbors talking in rooms down the hall. We booked because of positive reviews and the mention of parking, but the parking is a couple of blocks away, and cramped.

Excellent hotel, great location and a very friendly welcome. What more can one want?

We stayed, en route to Montpellier. Location was very central. The young lady on reception was very attentive and helpful. Rooms were of a good size and well furnished. Breakfast was lovely and there's a shaded courtyard out back. The general ambience was very welcoming and we would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to fellow travellers. Excellent value for money.

The car park is a across the road from the main entrance, but it is secure - so reserve, unless you want to take your chances on parking in the road outside.

Excellent authentic little french hotel, perfect for a city break in Avignon.

The location was excellent, so easy to get to from the train. The room was all we needed for a city stay and the breakfast was really good. We didn't eat in the garden but could have and this was a great option. Staff were very helpful and we had a couple of excellent recommendations for restaurants from them which were local.

No magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Good location, just inside the city walls. Away from the hubbub, touristy area but still within walking distance of things to do/restaurants. Also close to bus and train station and can book parking if needed. For the price an excellent, little hotel with friendly staff. Smallish room but all had amenities, spotless and nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay here, perfect for three nights in Avignon.

Possibly the best hotel experience I ever had.

This hotel is an absolute delight, if you are staying overnight in Avignon you owe it to yourself to stay here. An incredible value, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathroom modern and well equipped. There is powerful air conditioning and the room was chilled for us by the time we got there. The breakfast is included and you can eat it in the shady, romantic courtyard. Walking distance to the entire old town, about 3 minutes walk to the the incredible farmer's market and a fantastic bakery. The Papal Palace is about a 15 minute walk.

It couldn't have been better, it was a dream, I am in love with this hotel!

Comfortable stay in a good location

Great location close to the train station, the old centre and many restaurants. Comfortable beds, good AC and nice showers. Staff were kind.

The restroom in my room had quite a few ants and by the last day I did notice some in the main room and on the bed. Every time you left the hotel you had to leave your key, and more than once I came back and had to wait at least 10 minutes until staff were available to give the key to get into the room.

Not fancy but pleasant

Location is great if you have a car since the garage is just across the street. It is an easy access to roads if you want to travel around Provence. There is a laundromat a block away. The hotel is very quiet. The staff is very helpful. There is a pretty courtyard.

There is nothing fancy about this hotel. No elevator and unexciting breakfast options, but certainly adequate.

Avignon is a city full of history and incredible architecture

Lou greeted us with enthusiasm making us feel very welcomed. Language was not an issue. Loved our room; bedding and towels were clean and lovely. The room was well appointed and faced the sweet courtyard. Location was not in the Mecca of the tourist locations but still within easy walking distance. Definitely would stay there again

Cosy Hotel just inside the walled town and staff very friendly attentive. It is a family run business. Continental breakfast for €13 was quite good l.

There was no refrigerator in the room but were able to use a common/shared fridge.

Very cool apartment in a great location

Very cool apartment in a great location, close to everything the old town has to offer. The styling and design was vibrant and the facilities were minimalist-chic. Priscilla was a great host who communicated well and was very responsive and supportive. She gave us excellent advice about restaurants and boulangeries, and told us about the amazing Provençal festival that we were so fortunate to experience on the day of our arrival.

We loved our stay, but my husband found the mattress a bit too soft. (It was fine for me)

Nice, small hotel

We had a spacious and comfortable family room with a double bed downstairs and three beds in a loft. We appreciated the air conditioning and shutters that block the sun. It was lovely to sit in the garden and have breakfast.

The walls were a bit thin, and the guests in the next room woke up at 4:30 a.m. The immediate neighborhood did not have much to offer.

Easy short stay in Avignon.

The hotel staff were absolutely lovely. The room was well-equipped and clean, overlooking the hotel's beautiful courtyard. The location is fantastic, next to a lovely street with great bars and restaurants. The city centre is a very short walk away. I strongly recommend it for a short stay.

The hotel itself is decent, however being a very old building (like the rest of lovely Avingon!) the internal walls are paper-thin and could hear everything, from people in the courtyard, people in the corridor, the building's plumbing, toilet flushes, adjacent room showers etc. That being said, being a light sleeper, I was woken up a few times during the night.
