We love the European boutique hotels and this was great. The location is right where we wanted to be in the old town area with so many shops and restaurants and, of course, the Papal Palace. The hotel staff was very friendly, the lobby and breakfast area was spacious and our room was just right. It was larger than many European hotel rooms. There was plenty of room for our things and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet at night.

Great location- it is pretty much one of the first buildings when you step off the train. Fun decor.

The hotel itself was nice. It was a solid 4 star that is at the start of their "high" street. There are eating options around it but they tend to be more touristy in nature. That said it was conveniently located the suite was a good size and the staff was helpful. There was one gentleman that did not seem too happy about delivering towels to the room but other than that it was a good experience.
