Perfect for your little getaway to Avignon.

Perfect location for everything you want to see in Avignon. Our room was clean & tidy, super comfortable bed, great shower, tea & coffee available and lots on offer for breakfast! Easy walk from Avignon Central train station. Hotel staff are super friendly.

Nice place to stay.

AC was broken so had to sleep with windows open. We had just completed a long flight/train trip from the USA and were in need of a good night's rest. Unfortunately, the street noise was bothersome. s Other than the broken AC, the hotel was very nice. Making up for the lack of AC, the hotel gifted a free breakfast which was a nice gesture. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

It would’ve been nice if they offered us one of the rooms that had air conditioning.

We stopped in the day before we’re supposed to check in to make sure they had a reservation and everything was in order, as it was. We got there at 10 so we could put our luggage in their luggage room. Check-in was at 3 and we got there at 3:30 when they informed us that their air conditioning was broken on our floor and above floors. They upgraded us and offered us a free breakfast. Don’t know why they couldn’t let us know the day before or when we got there at 10 o’clock. They chose to wait till 3 so we had no other recourse. It was a humid hot evening, so sleeping was unbearable. Hotel is on a busy square so opening the windows wasn’t very helpful because the amount of noise at night in the morning. The place was nice and people were friendly, but wished they were more upfront about the situation or given us one of the rooms that had air conditioning.

Amazing 2 nights in Avignon kyriad

The staff was incredibly kind. They had someone at the reception nearly 24/7 - we ended up getting in much later than expected and there was someone to help us check in. All the staff we met were very friendly and gave excellent recommendations, and also practiced our French with us but spoke very great English. Hotel was very clean, felt recently renovated. Espresso machines in the room which was amazing. For the price we paid, excellent value.

Would have liked the room to be aired out a bit - it had a smell of maybe paint or construction materials.

Good stay in a historical hotel right in the center of very lovely Avignon

The location was excellent, right on the main town square, only 1 minute from Pope's palace, walkable distance to everything, lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.

Linoleum or whatever it is on the floor in our room was very unpleasant. Other than that everything was OK. Room was was on the small size, but I understand that this is very old hotel in the center of historical city.

The location is perfect to visit Avignon. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a warm welcome from the staff and adapted explanations about whatever we wanted. The parking "Palais des Papes" is very close to the hotel, don't hesitate to use your car if you are a family. The hotel gives you 20% rabate.

Easy To Find and In a Great Location

Finding the hotel from the train station was very easy. The staff were welcoming and the room was adequate. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it met my needs. The air conditioning was wonderful!

The breakfast could have been a little better. They were out of eggs and bacon both days that i stayed there.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room was big enough and everything was clean.

I went during the holiday season, it was a bit crowded and not well organized for the number of people. Since it is an old building you could hear everything. there was also a problem with the ventilation system. Honestly, what is more, essential for me to that let me put down the value of the hotel is that it is written that they have facilities for disabled guests, while it is only partially true because there are some steps at the entrance.
