Great idea with a floating hotel. Charming, but somewhat lacking in comfort and convenience
Nice conversion of a river boat to a floating hotel, refreshingly different from your standard hotel. Close to the city. Comfortable lounge areas to use on the boat, even decks of cards provided for the guests. Nice breakfast.
The quay was just along a heavy-trafficked road, quite noisy all night. The air heat pumps in our room gave only ~27 degrees heat, no matter the setting (selectable between 10 -30 degrees), so impossible to keep the room at nice 18-20 degrees temperature. The floors were leaning. (Yes, I get it, it's a boat, but rather inconvenient when the shower water stays in one corner and does not empty into the drain,,,) Almost impossible to lawfully drive to the quay, almost 100% of cars we saw took the illegal 'reverse-in' via the one-way exit instead.

Floating hotel-boat, just few mins away from the main attractions
Very nice idea to stay on a boat, we loved it. Location is generally very close to the Palais and Pont Benezet, also a reasonable walking distance from the Avignon Centre railway station (~20-25 min).
This is not about the hotel but to reach it as pedestrian can be a bit tricky - there's a main road with very busy traffic along the river.

It advertises as having parking but it does not. It needs a remodelling, kind of run down. Definitely not 4 stars

Staff lovely although one person seemed to be doing everything. A bit dated but beds very comfortable.
It was quirky to be on a floating hotel. Nice to sit up on the deck in the sunshine although deck furniture could be better.
No hot water, luke warm at best. Despite a full cooked breakfast being offered online there was no sign of it. I fully understand that they do not want to waste food but there were no menu cards for us to choose a hot breakfast from, it was almost as though they didn’t want us to have one! Had to ask for a hair dryer, they only had a couple left which I shared with another cabin!

It was well situated, being alongside the quay opposite the old city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Nice place for a great experience
The whole atmosphere remind you of titanic :-) a bit old school but really cozy and comfy! It was clean and the staff was excellent. Location is very good, just a few minute walk away from the cut center. Breakfast was good, great variety.
It could get a makeover! There needs to be put some work into it to bring it back to a real jewel. So the four star ranking is a bit confusing - I would say more of a three star. The AC didn’t work well, it was really humid and sticky (but it was about 35 degrees outside the whole day)
