Great location close to the old town and train station. Clean room and helpful front desk.
Parking is not included and rooms were very small.

Staff were friendly and helpful. My bike was well looked after. The location is very reasonable.

1. Clean room, comfortable bed

1. Although located outside the city wall, it's the farthest of the hotels from Avignon town center, a good 10-15 minute walk each way.
2. Water doesn't drain properly in shower or sink
3. Bathroom very small
4. They claim 24 hour reception, but there was only 1 person downstairs, cleaning and serving as the reception person
5. There is another Ibis located next to the Avignon Centre train station. Definitely book that one to be closer to Avignon center.
