The location was very convenient, just a 2–3 minute walk from the parking area. The building itself is beautiful and full of old-world charm, which made the stay feel even more special. We also really enjoyed the fresh pastries and good breakfasts every morning. Another thing we loved was the heavy blanket on the bed — it was extremely comfortable and helped us sleep really well. The staff were also lovely and friendly throughout our stay.

Staffs welcomed me like one of their family. Very efficient and kind. I could enjoy the Provençal style of my room and also, decoration was nice both in my room and lobby area.
It was a little difficult to bring my baggage without elevator, using quite old staircases. But the staff helped me.

The staff was exceptional, the breakfast was terrific, the location to the TGV station was convenient with a 25 euro taxi. Exploration of surrounding towns was easy by car (don't let the maps app take you back through central Avignon). Finally the price was very reasonable and the rooms were comfortable to top off the stay.

They have friendly staff and a hot water dispenser with some tea/coffee packs and biscuits kept in the common area.
The place looks nice on the outside. However with 2 flight of stairs and a room with zero space and lots of ancient furniture with no utility, the feel is that of a crammed space than a hotel room. No fridge or kettle in the room. We didn't have bfast at the place. There are plenty of eating places just outside the hotel. The scenery is beautiful but the rooms should shave off the excess gothic furniture to let some room.
