Some dated bits in the hotel however I feel they are in the middle of a refurb which if anything to go by the new rooms it’ll be lovely. Building work was going on and room smelled badly of turps etc but were instantly moved room once I mentioned it and were extremely apologetic

It’s a lovely place, with lovely people.

The breakfast was catered by the family who run The Bridge restaurant and it was one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had nowadays. Freshly cooked with nothing looking dried up and lonely. The staff are super attentive to your needs, and their attention to detail was amazing. The food was continually replenished and fresh - even the bread for toast was restocked and tidied every 5 minutes. The reception crew were brilliant. Very friendly.

Excellent value for money, great location, spotless and a killer brekkie

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room with multiple amenities. The breakfast was fantastic which included a continental as well as a fully cooked brekkie. The location was just perfect for sauntering into town. Onsite free parking was a big perk although the steep driveway proved to be somewhat problematic during the very heavy snow we experienced. This was mentioned to reception staff who were out with the shovels and salt within the hour. Apart from that I cannot fault any part of our stay. Will definitely be back next time we are over from Australia.

I would go back there again.

I have traveled through Pitlochry 100’s of times, but it is the first time I have stayed in Pitlochry, it was a spur of the moment, and it was an excellent stay. And I have no complaints.

My only dislike was while sitting in the lounge there was a shortage of cider.

We had a great weekend at Westlands are going to make it an annual occurrence going forward.

We stayed in a junior suite which was perfect for 5 women. It was beautifully clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff were all lovely and smiley.

The sofa bed was a bit creaky and not the comfiest but fine for 2 nights.

Had a lovely enjoyable stay

Breakfast was excellent but just felt the dining area could have done with being brightened up . Even though it was a bit of a hike our twin bedroom on the 3rd floor was lovely, modern ,clean and quiet . Would highly recommend the hotel , it was value for money, staff were lovely and very friendly, would definitely stay here again.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and a good size, newly decorated to a high standard. Very good value for money with an excellent breakfast included.

Unfortunately, I found the mattress a bit too firm although my husband was fine with it. Also, the water pressure was quite low in the shower.

Convenient location and parking availability. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bedroom was well furnished, modern and comfortable although found hair in the drawers and bathroom sink. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. We slept well during our stay.

Breakfast selection was rather poor for the price we paid. Only fried eggs, some sausages and bacon, black pudding. Poor selection of fruit( even having some frozen would be ideal), bread was cheep and horrible ( such a shame since you have a lovely bakery in town and they make great sourdough bread and pastries), having some scrambled eggs as an option wouldn't hurt or cold meats and cheese. Perhaps a little honey and half decent Greek style yoghurt.

We enjoyed our stay, we were there for the enchanted forest, and it was nice and close to town.

Lovely hotel, happy stay

The apartment was lovely and well laid-out, the service was wonderful, and the breakfast selection was very satisfying.

The apartment's skylight was leaking, and the description claimed we had a patio despite the outer door literally just opening up onto the public front garden with seating area - not so bad in the autumn/winter weather, but I can only imagine how irritating it would be in summer when people sit outside directly beside the living room space!

Perfect stay in Pitlochry

- we got a beautiful room on the ground floor, which I was very happy with since I am not good with stairs. The room had comfortsable seats for both of us and also places to put 2 suitcases. The beds were very big and comfortable and the walk in shower was great. The breakfast, parking and location were all good and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
