Breakfast was cold

You need to go back to serving breakfast hot

We had a superior king size room in The Bank House just next door to the main hotel. The room was large and very clean a good bath and shower. We enjoyed our stay there very much. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.

My husband tried the gym and found it to be dirty with a lot of machines not working, which he reported to reception. The breakfast was ok but could of done with being a bit hotter..

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff, room and breakfast were all great. Would definately visit again.

We were in the ground floor bedroom in The Bank House and the only problem was other guest letting the outer door bang all the time. Other than this our stay was perfect.

Breakfast and location were good

We were looking forward to stating at this hotel but arrived at hotel to find room booked 3 months before stay did not exist on hotel systems. The only available was small, up a rickety sloping staircase and shower was noisy when in use. On last night neighbours were playing music/tv on max volume until 5am went to complain with neighbour who slammed door in face and they vacated before we checked out. Complained to hotel staff who, we think, told managememt but not sure if anything happened after that.
