Comfortable room in a great location, handy for the town and train station. Very warm welcome from the owners and an excellent full Scottish breakfast.

Location was excellent, the facilities were good, the room was comfortable. The breakfasts were really well cooked and were delicious.

Asked for Coconut Milk which was acknowledged when we asked for there Julie didn't knew anything about it as the message had not been passed on, but Julie resolved it by purchasing a can of it for us.

Lovely room in great location

Perfect location, lovely room and spotlessly clean. Although breakfast is extra, there was gluten free bread and I had perfectly poached eggs. 11am checkout meant I could go for a walk after breakfast and before catching train home.

Breakfast excellent so much choice and made to your order.Three minutes down the hill from train station.The room we had was the last one available twin beds but could fault any of it toiletries even facecloths also a wee whisky in room for us if we wanted it.Staff were very nice would do anything to make our stay memorable. Thanks to them all.

Jackie smiled and said all the right things but was not welcoming. There was a smell of frying/cooking as soon as we walked in the main front door. This became stronger in the corridor upstairs and even lingered in our room. I think it was coming from the Garden cafe downstairs as there is only a curtain separating it from the rest of the property. Parking is an issue. Two of the 5 parking spaces are directly behind three others and blocks those cars in. We were blocked in when we wanted to leave but had to wait for the staff to contact the other guest to come back to move his car.

Lovely, clean, comfortable room and although small, had everything we needed. Loved the shower room, shower was fantastic and towels/toiletries were great. Good attention to detail.

The cooking fat smell from the cafe kitchen below was overpowering.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The fruit salad at breakfast was the best I have ever had in any hotel or B&B and we have travelled extensively all over the world.

Lovely place when you actually find it.

Room was clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is very central to Pitlochry.

We thought we were staying at The Garden Rooms, we actually stayed at Rosehill Guesthouse...lots of confusion trying to find the premises, even the directions given said they shared an entrance. Car parkings very limited with only 5 very tight spaces. A permit can be issued for a larger carpark further down the road. Due to medical reasons, on my original booking, I asked for a room with a shower not a bath but we were given a room with a shower over a bath. Luckily we muddled through and it didn't spoil our stay.

Perfect location. Great parking. Friendly staff. Clean. Great shower. Quieter than we thought it would be given our room looked on to the main road.

Had to ask and wait for many things at breakfast even though we arrived at exact time booked- table, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, juice. Felt I was being a nuisance asking.

Cozy inn and beautiful surroundings

Right downtown near the train station (4 minute walk). 10 min walk to Blair Athol whiskey tasting. Very quaint inn. Comfortable room. Newly renovated bathroom. Blackout shade and soundproof window. Delicious breakfast for a small fee. A very pleasant stay. Nearby restaurants and bakeries and lovely surroundings and a park.

The staff were all very approachable and friendly. The decor was excellent and represented flowers and greenery, which fitted in nicely with its name. Very professional in every aspect and the menu was varied and prepared to a high standard.

Booking.Com could help by explaining where it is situated when the booking is made as opposed to a day or so beforehand.
