Staff in reception and breakfast room. Very helpful and friendly especially to my little grandson. Pool was lovely and warm.

Reception staff very helpful and appear happy at work. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Staff were kind and not impatient with my grandson 2yrs. Area was central and easy to find restaraunts plentiful.
Pillows too soft for my liking but this was a minor detail. My spa treatment was cancelled due to staff being off.

Good value overall but dated and scruffy in places.
The entrance door wasn’t great- unsure which side to use or even which way it opened. Staff at reception was new and keen to do her best but forgot my key and didn’t offer to either nip out to get my reg plate or offer an umbrella as it was pouring with rain.
