We always enjoy staying here :)

We always love to use the pool and spa area in the morning and the breakfast was good. It’s an ideal location for us too with the car park and things.

The clothes drier in the swimming area is really unsafe and difficult to use. It is an exposed plug socket right between the pool and shower, it wobbles around excessively when on and takes a very long time to shut off after being switched off at the wall (around 5-6 whole minutes waiting for it to stop spinning)

The room we booked said cosy i was a bit worried it would be claustrophobic but it was beautiful lovely view warm room spotless bathroom lovely bed only problem is the pillows they are so thin next time I will bring my own. The sauna was great and the swimming pool refreshing steam room great. Breakfast was better than some 4 star hotels the selection was fabulous staff friendly. The hotel bar was good however different prices for the same drinks?

stayed here with my partner for two nights for a sweet, relaxed getaway as we are new parents. Upon arriving we were very disappointed in the swimming facilities being out of order as this was the attraction in initially booking a room Myself and my partner decided to stay despite this. We just wanted a relaxed two night break away from a eight month infant at home and uprooting last minute to another hotel wasn't something we had the energy for. Of course our stay was very far removed from that. Our first night the struggle to sleep was very real, me and my partner each found the bed uncomfortably hard and we both thought there to be a unevenness about the surface of the mattress. When we did finally manage to fall asleep we were awoken to a fire alarm at around 3:20am. We understand this is outwith the power of the hotel but no apology was given the next morning or follow up of the event with led to the fire alarm or lack of electricity for the remainder of the night. Late afternoon I phoned down to reception as I couldn't get any hot water. Someone was sent to 'run a tap' and simply tell me id have to wait 40mins for it to heat up. I think this should be disclaimed in bold for all to see on booking.com. You a falsely advertising hygiene facilities when someone who is a paying guest can not take a shower at their convenience. In short No hot water/ terrible room upkeep and overpriced for the facilities available to us

Overall we were disappointed with the hotel room not satisfactory and hot breakfast was cold.

Our room was very dated. There was a watermark on the ceiling where there had obviously been a leak and was not repaired. The water did not drain away from the shower and the TV had not picture only sound.

Comfortable stay with a pool, in a good location

The location was great with parking available too. Good breakfast, staff very friendly. Pool and jacuzzi were fab. Comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits available in the room!

The hotel needs some TLC in a few areas such as the changing rooms at the pool, carpets in various communal areas. However, this didn’t negatively impact our stay at all and didn’t bother us - we still had a great time and would return.

Stayed essentially for the massage treatment which was excellent. The senior lady on reception was very informative and

Proximity to centre and restaurants. The massages were excellent and the beds very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent.

Parking was difficult and quite distant from the entrance for carrying luggage.. The room shower (204) had poor pressure..The passage to the room spoke of faded luxury but the flooring and carpet need attention.The lift has a Perspex poster which rattles badly and should be treatment

Disappointing to find that this is not an hotel but a B&B.

The place was well situated and parking available. There was a comforatble seating area for quests. I did not use the spa facilities so cannot comment.

When I arrived and asked about dinner that evening, I was told that they did not provide an evening meal! That is not acceptable. An establishment cannot call itself an Hotel if it does not provide an evening meal on the premises. Fortunately it was a beautiful dry sunny day, but had it been raining, blowing a hoolie, or indeed snowing, going out of the building to find food would not have been fun. This is a B&B establishment – which is fine so long as they tell people that honestly BEFORE the booking is made.

I would suggest that this location is a good choice when visiting Pitlochery.

We enjoyed the proximity to the town of Pitlochery, a short walk to everything. The breakfasts were very good and plenty of choices. The accommodation was clean and provided on site parking. The pool and hot tub were a bonus and most enjoyable.

The room was a little tight but a good ensuite, comfortable beds and overall met our needs.

Location. Pool good. Not sure about outside shoes being allowed around pool - even though signage stated no shoes. Not monitored!

Parking options poor. Bar very poor - room was basic with notable damage in bathroom. Hotel needs a complete refurbishment !

Disappointing stay!

Wasn’t aware the room included breakfast, so that was the only bonus.

Very disappointed in this stay! Whilst checking in, staff were unfriendly and provided very little information. Carpark was full so had to park down the road and pay for parking. Hotel lift was broken and staff were unable to help us carry our suitcases up x2 flights of stairs. I was travelling with my elderly parents and they really struggled. The room was not the cleanest. Mold on the shower head and a broken toilet holder. For the price, I would say this hotel wasn’t worth it.

Was definitely not value for money.

There was black milldue on the sealant in the bathroom.The 2 interior doors did not close properly and when I reported to reception she was told by maintenance it was too big a job.The bath panel at the bottom was rusted the full length of the bath.Most items in bedroom could do with an upgrade.One of the lifts was broken when we arrived and when we left.

1. Third floor attic room. 2. Small bathroom with shower unit that needs cleaning i.e. mouldy. 3. No atmosphere. 4. Poor bar no atmosphere. 5. Breakfast not fully refilled for later 9am serving. 6. When selecting further breakfast items, came back to table where everything had been cleared away I.e. juices, teas and coffee cups and plates. Poor service.

Lovely stay for our mini-moon

The hotel was full of guests but did not feel really busy or crowded - our stay was pleasant, quiet and not rushed. Staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. The "cozy double" room was clean and comfortable, although the decor was a little dated in communal areas, this did not detract from our stay. Location was good, parking excellent. Loved the pool and jacuzzi.

I requested a vegan breakfast, and although there was soya/oat milk available and there were vegan options on the buffet, the cooked breakfast was a little limited - no veggie sausages etc. If I had known, we probably would have opted not to pay for breakfast at the hotel but instead try somewhere else local. No matter, just sharing for information for others.
