Great place to stay

Location, very close to a nice village with lovely shops. The breakfast was fantastic, cooked to order. Room was great, so were the facilities.

Lovely Guest House

Everything. Rosehill Guest House was recommended to us by our daughter and her partner and a great recommendation it was Jackie was welcoming and very friendly, guest house is very cosy, comfortable and just a lovely friendly feeling. Breakfast was fantastic, good choice of cereal, yoghurt, fruit, pastries as well as a very delicious and satisfying full cooked breakfast. The young breakfast waitress was, friendly and very efficient.

We were in Pitlochry for purpose of a wedding so the location was excellent for that.

Central location near to two good eateries. Lovely breakfast. Very clean. We would stay again for a short stay.

Parking not great. Radiator in room never got above lukewarm even though we were told it just needed bleeding which never took place. Nice touch of bathrobe in room but difficult to share one between two.

Very satisfied with the Inn, kind and friendly service, very comfy room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pretty and comfy. The Fern Garden next door was a great spot for dinner.

Parking was a bit tight and some folks had to wait until we were ready to leave but it worked out ok.

Beautiful location, excellent breakfast, and really friendly staff

This facility was located in the middle of Pitlochry and was close to all the shops and restaurants, and walking distance to some very nice hikes (highly recommend Craigower). The room was nice, with comfortable beds and a washing sink right in the room. The staff was super friendly, and the included breakfast was excellent and even had a full vegan option.

This particular room did not have an in room bathroom but a separate (dedicated) bathroom a few steps down the hall outside the room door. I suspect this is why this room was available, and to be honest it wasn't a big deal in the end, although if you have to use the facilities in the middle of the night, that hallway light coming on when you exit your room is a little startling... LOL. The only other issue is that I realized later in the day that I had forgotten a pill bottle in the room when leaving. If the cleaning staff had informed management immediately that they had found a bottle of pills in the room (that seems like it might be important...), management could have called us immediately and since we had to pass by Pitlochry again on our way to Stirling we could have popped in to get them. My fault in the end for not circle checking the room, but perhaps something they could improve on communication wise.

Gorgeous Pitlochry accommodation

Good location, very handy to everything. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and the best breakfast we have experienced.

We are used to larger rooms, in saying this, it's very common for rooms of this size in Scotland in authentic accommodation as this was. This is not a criticism, its just stating a fact that it gets rather difficult if you have large bags like we had. Travelling for 6 weeks through many countries and seasons. Just a bit on the tight side.

We enjoyed our stay and will probably return if we’re looking for an overnight stay in the area.

Property was well decorated and very clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space for a short stay. The en-suite was a surprisingly good size with a great shower. The owner gave us a lovely warm welcome and the breakfast waiter was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good.

The tap in the basin in the en-suite was noisy, stiff and difficult to control. It possibly was the wrong rating for the water pressure of the property. This was an irritation rather than a problem. The parking at the front of the property was a concern in case we were blocked in but all was well and it was good to have free parking in the centre of town.

A grand surprise in a charming town

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortably furnished. The location is excellent—right on the Main Street, while being quiet for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were superb.

Anniversary stay

Donna was very friendly on arrival as was Jackie we arrived early but it was no problem to book in and leave out luggage , which gave us the whole afternoon to enjoy chilling in the lovely sunshine , room was lovely and was spotlessly clean , breakfast was amazing made fresh to order also a selection of fresh fruit yoghurt pastries all fresh every day , if you haven't stayed at this little gem what are you waiting for book now , you won't be disappointed
