Weekend away

Fantastic room overlooking the waterfall, very friendly staff, easy check in and personally taken to the room which was nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Short but welcome winter treat, great location in the town centre.

Room was excellent, treated ourselves to the super premium suite which was very well appointed. Breakfast was excellent, service was the same Evening meal was good, but pricey, but it is a hotel so expected. We ate out the second night of our stay.

TV mount on the wall was not a great viewing angle. The settee was not particularly comfortable, felt a bit tired in the seat cushions.

A wee jewel

Lovely little hotel in heart of Pitclochry. Staff are excellent. Indeed the best hotel staff I have come across in many a trip! Room was comfortable and spotless. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Restauarant staff and food were also brilliant. I am sure we will return.

Absolute Gem

The room was beautiful, the bed was huge, the bathroom had a lovely walk in shower. The place was spotless and in great proximity to the high street. We couldn’t recommend it more.

Lovely room, beautifully appointed and in a great location. Dinner and breakfast were both tasty and freshly cooked. Warm and friendly greeting. Wish we’d booked for longer.

No safe in room but that didn’t bother us for 1 night, just might be handy to add one to the room.

The central position in Pitlochry, a nice room with all amenities, a walk in shower and pleasant view. A very attractive welcoming bar with a real fire and efficient staff. The evening dinner and breakfast were excellent and served quickly by very obliging staff

It was a really nice hotel, very cute with nice ambiance and comfortable rooms.

I really liked the location and the room. The restaurant had really good food as well. Overall, it was a good pick. If you are looking for a lively hotel with a good vibe, stay there. If you want to rest up in a more tranquil ambiance, keep in mind they have livr music that can be heard in the room. We stayed there on a Friday night and there was music going until midnight. Breakfast was included in our reservation and really good as well!

I could hear footsteps from the room above at night, was a bit annoying. But these buildings I suppose are old, I do not fault them.

Wonderful attentive staff, friendly, clean, great location, great food.

The staff were amazing. Room was fantastic-great linens and attention to details. Food was great. Location-convenient to all the walking trails I intended on visiting. I felt welcomed and at home.

Nothing to do with the property itself BUT word of caution-the parking lot entrance isn’t obvious (must drive over pedestrian walk way) and if staying over a weekend when the bar has live music that might effect your sleep/stay (which they warned me about when my booking was confirmed).

Excellent food perfect for a break away, friendly atmosphere staff friendly too.

We've eaten a few times here before but never stayed. Check in was effortless, staff were friendly and sorted us a booking for dinner. Told us that a band was to be playing that night too. We had dinner and stayed till the end of the music. Breakfast is cooked to order too

Beautiful location in a historic mill building off the Main Street with updated interiors, a nice bar/restaurant, and fantastic staff.

The location was great, and the outside surroundings of the building were lovely with all the lights and seating area. The breakfast waiter was excellent, exceptional service, and the food was great.

The over powering smell of air fresheners/scented oils or something going up the stairs to the rooms as I have severe asthma.
