This is an amazing hotel so clean so comfortable like home from home Run by lovely friendly people who could not do enough for us. Also very trusting with their honesty bar. Full Scottish breakfast was enormous and very tasty with fantastic service.
The hotel was just a fine size and close to town. Thoroughly recommend it.

The guesthouse was stunning, very cute and cosy. I was most impressed with the attention to detail from our hosts and the breakfast choices.

A lovely property within easy walking distance from the town centre yet nestled in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was cozy and had everything for a comfortable stay. The view from the dining room where breakfast was served was lovely and the food excellent. The breakfast was especially good value for money and delicious. Best French toast I've tasted. The hosts were friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend this property.
Nothing. Everything was fine.

Upon arrival at the b&b, Tom greeted us in a warm and professional manner. He showed us around the gorgeous property and we were thrilled with all that was available including games, a cozy bar, a garden area, and even slippers and hot chocolate by the door to take out with you!
The room was beautifully decorated, again with small additional details and treats like Tunnocks tea cakes. There was even a tea/ coffee station downstairs for if we wanted to get fresh milk for drinks in the room.
Breakfast was incredible! The variety and options available, including catering for different dietary requirements, were brilliant. We stayed for two nights and all the food we had, and saw others having, looked sensational. The produce was all fresh and largely sourced locally which was wonderful. Tom was knowledgeable on the menu and adjustments for dietaries.
The location was ideal! We were a short 7 minute walk into town and Tom was able to offer recommendations for the local area.
We couldn’t seem to work the heater in the hallway to dry our very wet walking boots however we also didn’t ask about this and I know if we had it would have been resolved, perhaps it is something just to label to help people to use.

We stayed for two nights. The property was excellent. Very clean and had a lovely homely feeling. Excellent hosts who made sure you were catered for in every way without being in any way intrusive. Superb breakfast with many options and all freshly cooked, made to order. Honesty bar was well stocked, what a great idea. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spotless. Easy to park and a short walk or stumble to town.

Stayed for two nights with my husband on our honeymoon. We received a very warm welcome and were shown around the B&B by Tom, who was very welcoming and gave us lots of great advice about places to visit during our stay. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The B&B was decorated in a very cosy style making the whole place very homely. There was an honesty bar and share lounge area, which we made good use of to play some board games. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Everything was freshly made and the porridge was amazing! We loved our visit and will definitely be back!

We loved everything about the place. The welcome and hospitality exceeded all our expectations. We had everything we needed even slippers and a honesty box for the bar. Our breakfast menu ranged from Scottish to continental made with local produce. The location was about 5 to 10 mins from the town centre with lots of lovely shops restaurants and cafes. A lovely place to stay because you could walk down to the town for a meal and a drink in the evening without having to worry about driving. The rooms were very quiet with a lovely view and seats outside to enjoy the view. Can recommend this to anyone without disappointment.
Just can not find any fault with the place

The guesthouse is tucked away in a quiet spot with stunning views over the valley—perfect for a relaxing break. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a modern en-suite bathroom. The over-bath shower was powerful with plentiful hot water.
Breakfast each morning was a real treat, with a great selection of locally sourced options and thoughtful touches. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.
The location is ideal—just a short walk from the town centre, yet peaceful and secluded. The honesty bar is a great idea and works well.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil base in the Highlands with genuine hospitality.
Nothing of note.

This place is exceptional. From the initial welcoming tour of the house, to the ambience of the place, to the spotless rooms and the helpful owners it was an excellent visit.
And the views across the valley are fantastic.
Food and drink are expensive in Pitlochry itself.

We recently stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast in Pitlochry and was blown away by the attention to detail from the moment we arrived. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—providing indoor slippers at check-in, offering plant-based milk options, and even setting out Scottish tea biscuits for a warm welcome.
The room and entire property were sparkling clean and professionally run with plenty of cozy indoor and outdoor seating areas to relax and take in the stunning valley views. The host was incredibly helpful, offering excellent restaurant recommendations, tips for local walks, and even a handy map of the area to explore.
Pitlochry itself is a quaint and charming town with lovely walking paths, and this B&B’s central location made it easy to travel around the Highlands. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
Would absolutely stay here again!

We had the continental option for breakfast but husband had porridge one morning .It was served with a small jug of cream, a portion of honey and a small measure of whiskey 🙂 Good variety of cereals, juices fruit etc, jams and spreads for the self service toast.Cooked plates of breakfast items looked inviting. Mine hosts went that extra mile to make sure our stay was the best possible, even their local restaurant suggestions for an evening meal were spot on for us.
Nothing really. There was ample provision of things to do if the weather was unkind: books, a DVD collection , boxed games like Cluedo. An reasonably priced honesty bar was available . Even the walk down to the town centre was comfortable for us(senior citizens)
