All of it
No shortbread in the rooms and pillow was a bit hard

Such a beautiful little place to stay in. Comfortable, cosy and very clean. Even with the ‘shared bathroom’ it is only between two rooms and the room is still so spacious. An amazing breakfast supplied and lovely owner in the brief interactions.

Great location on a quiet street, just a few minutes walk to the centre of Pitlochry. Ample free car parking. Clean modern rooms and good breakfast. We only stayed one night at Pitlochry, and would like to return for a longer stay at Ardvane B and B.
There is a wonderful outlook from the back garden of Ardvane, and there could have been better seating to enjoy the setting.
There are a lot of steps down from the parking area, and then there is a climb up the stairs again if staying on the first floor. People with mobility issues might struggle especially with large suitcases.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly. The room itself was fine - comfortable enough - but smelt like the carpets needed a good clean ... smelt old. 15 min walk to an amazing Restaurant Cidsin - this restaurant was the highlight of the stay.
Parking spaces were limited. All full when we arrived. Room smelt old, like the carpets and curtains needed a deep clean,
