lovely welcome, great local information, superb breakfast, lovely view, ease of walking from the property to the river walk and let us leave the car on the drive on our departure morning so we could have a long walk.
Shower pressure was a bit low but this was also true in the Edinburgh hotel and the other places we stayed in on our Scotland trip.

We had an amazing stay, Leslie and Ronnie were great hosts, nothing too much trouble, every expectation covered, room was beautiful, clean, fresh and had all extras expected, hairdryer, extra blanket, t & coffee and biscuits, great breakfast choices and tasty, their garden was a beautiful place to sit and relax, quiet and peaceful, definitely 5 stars and will be back

The property was extremely clean and very attractive. The area is excellent and easy to find. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. 10/10 property
