Friendly staff, comfortable and warm rooms, a welcoming sitting area, and delightful breakfast that catered to allergies. Family friendly & easy walk into town and some key attractions. Staff at check in were very accommodating and the cot for our little one was all set up. Our teens loved their room too and both rooms had been prepared next to each other, which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Climbing stairs with luggage, a bit of a trail. No practical information regarding check out time and breakfast times in the room. Also no evening meal provided but we were aware of this. breakfast was cold
