ישנה חניה של המלון אבל...בתשלום נוסף, נכון רק 15 יורו אבל נראה מיותר וקטנוני.

Super Lage über La Spezia mit tollem Ausblick über den Hafen. Super sauber, super nettes Personal. Ich musste etwas später anreisen und die Mitarbeiterin hat mich mir allen notwendigen Informationen per WhatsApp tiptop ausgestattet. Super netter Kontakt.

Leider etwas abgelegen und weg vom Schuss. Man braucht ein Auto und sollte nachts keine Angst von engen Serpentinen haben.

Immersa nel verde e un bel panorama, ma solo questo perché è difficilissima da raggiungere. Molto cordiale e disponibile la receptionist.

La posizione non mi è piaciuta per niente inoltre è venuto a piovere moltissimo ed è stato difficile, pur avendo una buona auto, percorrere la strada fino al b&b, molto poco sicura e stretta. Inoltre è mancata la corrente più di una volta a causa del temporale… e non trovo corretto da parte della proprietà avere un parcheggio che non mette a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente, bensì richiede un extra di 15€ in più al giorno, nonostante il prezzo del soggiorno sia già estremamente alto per dove sono situati.

Familienhotel mit einer beeindruckenden Lage am Hang mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Was man eventuell anmerken kann ist, dass die öffentlichen Parklätze etwas entfernt von der Unterkunft sind. Die 3 Stellplätze vor dem haus sind über eine sehr enge Zufahrt zu erreichen. Für großen Fahrzeuge schwierig.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr angenehm. Auf einem kleinen Hügel am Ende der Stadt. Der Reinigungsservice der Unterkunft war richtig top.

Die versprochene Aussicht (wofür man extra bezahlt hat) war nicht gegeben, lediglich über ein Fenster und eine sogenannte „Terrasse“ gab es ebenfalls nicht, sondern lediglich ein Plätzchen neben der Treppe woraus man den Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt nicht mehr hatte.

Aquí es un lugar bonito y con alma.

Hotel con unas vistas increíbles desde la ventana. El casa está en la montaña, así que prepárate para necesitar transporte adicional, como un taxi, autobús o unas piernas fuertes, pero eso es lo que hace que este lugar sea tan atractivo. Y quiero destacar especialmente al personal: Arianna y Andrea son unas señoras fantásticas, su atención es simplemente invaluable!

Beautiful, romantic, relaxing and wonderful hosts.

An amazing view was the best part! I was also in an accident while in Italy so I arrived with a cast on my arm. The family couldn’t have been more accommodating to me and my husband. We were able to take a ferry to the Cinque Terre spots. The views are beautiful from the boat. Great restaurants in the villages. The hosts help with explaining where to go and what to do. We were there 4 days.

Everything was great. Just be aware that the stairs and navigation could be challenging for some. Again the family was super helpful and accommodating as I was banged up.

No words about the construction around the house, starting at 07:30 with their work. Parking in front of the house was not available but promoted.
