Amazing location with a spectacular view of La Spezia.

The view from the room and the house was spectacular. We went for new years and saw the fireworks across La Spezia from our room. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the host was very welcoming. She gave us all the information related to good restaurants and places to see, where to park the car in city, which trains to take for Cinque Terre etc. The overall experience was amazing.

The room is very modern and comfortable with a wonderful view. The breakfast in the terrace with the sunrise definitely a highlight. This is the best place to stay when planning to visit Cinque terre or this area ❤️💯

We met their wonderful family which enthralled us with eager help and a true sense of friendship. The property has only just reopened and what a great job they have done with a keen eye for best detail. A joy to have stayed here.

Beautiful, romantic, relaxing and wonderful hosts.

An amazing view was the best part! I was also in an accident while in Italy so I arrived with a cast on my arm. The family couldn’t have been more accommodating to me and my husband. We were able to take a ferry to the Cinque Terre spots. The views are beautiful from the boat. Great restaurants in the villages. The hosts help with explaining where to go and what to do. We were there 4 days.

Everything was great. Just be aware that the stairs and navigation could be challenging for some. Again the family was super helpful and accommodating as I was banged up.

Fantastic service, fantastic view, probably the best view in La Spezia 😃. FThe receptionist was extremely servicemindede. She guided us so well with lots of good tips. She was there for us 24/7. The owner was also very helpful, we felt very welcome! If we ever return to La Spezia, 88 Miglia will defently be our number one destination!

At least the loaction was very nicely located and the reception polite and nice.

No words about the construction around the house, starting at 07:30 with their work. Parking in front of the house was not available but promoted.

Super cute Hotel! We loved it. By Car you are in about 2 min in the center from La Spezia. Everting was super clean, the Breakfast was delicious and everyone was really helpful and friendly. :) Next time again.

Very clean, very nice receptionist, cheaper than staying in one of the villages in Cinque Terre

The view was partially obstructed by scaffolding from construction and I don’t recall it was stated anywhere. The room is quite small but covers basic needs. The breakfast is not included and not cheap. Some walking from the free parking to the place and some stairs to care your luggage. Location is not walking distance from town or from the train and having a car is mandatory if you stay here. Overall nice and sufficient for one night though.

Beautiful, well managed B&B

Well run family operation. Most incredible panoramic view of La Spezia with wonderful breakfast on patio. Most importantly was the helpfulness of the staff, especially Arianna. She chose our restaurant for dinner, made reservations, called our taxi and was available in person or by phone for whatever we needed!

Parking is a bit of a challenge and there are some steps to climb, but the view is well worth the effort.

View from the hotel and our room was amazing. Room was really big, comfy bed, most important everything was extremely clean. Free parking. Communication with staff was easy, they explained everything in details through messages and check it/out was seamless. Exceeded our expectations. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Stunning!

The view from the property and the room is absolutely stunning. Carlotta and her mum were so lovely and helpful.

Walking down to La Spezia is fine, but walking up hill in the evening is tiring. The walk takes approximately 30 minutes. On the bright side we got a lot of exercise 🙂 Alternatively you can take a taxi to and from town which cost around 20 euros. Additionally the pillows were flat so I had to double fold it for comfort.

none ! stay away from this hotel

- very poor customer service which made even worse on our check out day , we were advice to check out to the owner’s mom which we did , requested a taxi that took her a while to call. we told her that we lost the keycard and very rudely said that is not free and we had to pay. - first night my daughter was awaken in the middle of the night with bites and ants in her bed!! -very poor location and can only be reach by taxi and half of the time it’s a challenge to get a taxi coming from La spezia train station! -it’s a struggle to get to the location with your luggages due to uphill and stairs going to your room! - air conditioning is not enough to cool down the entire room!!
