Great hospitality attention, great breakfast, good wines!
The woman who attended us was really friendly and polite. She let us check in a little bit earlier than the regular check in time. She explained us everything with detail and offered us to go to their Restaurant to do a Wine Tasting, which we did and it was really good. The breakfast was amazing!
The bed was not that comfortable, but I understand that this is a matter of taste, because I prefer really soft beds.

Our stay along the Mosel
Friendly service, we were lucky to be able to check in early after a long flight from Australia. Spacious & clean room with a view Breakfast was extraordinary with many small dishes, sweet & savoury, which changed every day.

Not a good experience
I didn't really like much about my stay.
At booking I requested a take-away breakfast. The response was yes, but at check-in I was told it's not possible. The room was very noisy and there was a party until 23:00 in the restaurant (on a Monday night?) making it impossible to sleep, even on the 3rd floor. There was nobody at the desk in the morning to check out. All the lights in the stairways were dark and dangerous to walk down in the morning. I had to use a cell phone light.

Great stay to discover the region!
Great location. Staff was uberfriendly and helpful. It isn't the most modern or stylish hotel but it's clean, good beds, spacious rooms, location is excellent, great breakfast, private parking space, quite and a great shower. Great value for money. I was offered to take the breakfast to my room the evening before because I wanted to leave the moment I woke up. Great service! I assume they have great wines but didn't have the chance to taste them.

The balcony of the restaurant can look at the scenery in a daze, with the vineyard behind.
It would be more convenient if the restaurant downstairs was open at night. Sadly it seems to be closed.
