We liked that it was just a few km from the busier but charming center. Very peaceful and a beautiful property. Everything was top notch, fabulous breakfast, loved our Suite. Disappointed that we could only stay a few nights. Next time it will be longer. Excellent wine!!!! We will be sure to look for it in Canada.

Moselle Bliss

Everything was just excellent about our stay. Quiet, spacious and well furnished room. The location next to the Moselle River in a small village adjacent to walking and biking paths was ideal. Lovely to sit outside in their several garden spots and to sip one of their tasty wines (Wehlen Trocken Reisling highly recommended). The breakfasts were fresh, abundant and served by very pleasant staff. This was indeed a memorable visit for us.

The only drawback is that you do need a car to go out for dinners since there is not really anything of note in the village.

Relaxing stay on the mosel

Breakfast on the terrace was great with a beautiful view. Area is tranquil with vineyards all around us. Easy parking on site. Room was spacious. The complimentary bottle of wine was excellent

The room Magniola was super dark and very humid (at max 85% as per the thermostat). Kitchen wardrobes were smelling humidity. Probably the other rooms are nice, but our room was on the ground floor in front of the river.

Beautiful spacious rooms, with complimentary snacks and wine on arrival. Quiet and relaxing, just what we wanted! The alfresco breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day, with beautiful view of the vineyards over the Mosel. Would recommend!

Everything was super. Loved our room and the view from the breakfast patio. A great breakfast selection was included.. On site parking was ideal. We especially enjoyed the wine tasting presentation.

Our stay at S. A Prüm was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the staff were very accommodating, and breakfast was great. The property is beautiful and located right on the river. It was a great location to drive around and visit wineries and the town of Bernkastel. We would love to come back at some point.

An excellent experience, making us pleased that we booked three nights instead of two.

The warm engagement by the proprietors (husband and wife) in welcoming and helping their paying guests; the beauty of the room, enhanced by cherry blossom outside the main window; the wine tasting session, and education in itself.

The location is perfect, just by the river side, facing the spectacular vineyards of Wehlen. The rooms are super large (50m2), it is all super new and super clean. It has all the amenities one could want, the decoration is spot on in the wine theme, and the bathrooms are spacious and super clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You get complimentary water and a bottle of outstanding wine. It's just the perfect location for a (romantic) getaway.

I can honestly say there was nothing I didn't like about the place, except that I had to leave at the end of the stay.

once we arrived we learned that there would be no breakfast service. We were looking forward to a nice breakfast after driving 900 miles the day before. Your webpage clearly states breakfast included and it STILL says so now. I found it nearly impossible to find a place near by that would serve breakfast.

Herrlich!

Loved the large size of the room and the absolute cleanliness. The wine in fridge welcoming us was superb. The view of vines from our window was lovely. The breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the beautiful Mosel was really special. Very memorable place. Only disadvantage was that restaurants are not close by.

An unforgettable stay and wine tasting experience

Our stay at the S.A. Prüm Guesthouse has been fantastic, to say the least! The place is exceptionally peaceful, surrounded by trees and vineyards, the right choice to rest and start the new "working year" fully energized! Our room was very large, with a nice view and a huge bathroom. We arrived outside their office hours, but we exchanged messages via Booking and received clear directions for the self-check-in, so it all went smooth! As a welcome gift, we found a wine bottle from their winery, besides some snacks and a bottle of water. We chose this place because we wanted to combine our stay with a wine tasting here but couldn't expect to be gifted with one of their wines. What a kind surprise! *_* On the desk, you will find a book with all information on the Guesthouse, Bernkastel, and the surroundings. It included a page introducing the guests to the Prüm family and its team: it may sound silly, but to me, it contributed to a familiar environment. Slippers and bathrobes are also available in the room. Breakfast is served on the terrace (when the weather allows), with a stunning view of the Mosel river and its vineyards! It included different kinds of bread, croissants, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, fresh yogurt (super-yummy!), jam, cereals, and fruit, coffee/tea, milk, and juices. I loved their breakfast. The staff is extremely kind and helpful for whatever you may need during your stay. We particularly recommend booking a wine tasting. Ms. Saskia Prüm accompanied us on this amazing journey through their wines. We enjoyed it a lot - not only for the wines themselves but also for the story behind each bottle. She was also very patient in answering all our questions, and we truly appreciate her guide! We didn't have enough time to enjoy the outdoors in the guesthouse, but there were nice spots to spend time relaxing in the shadows. They also offer bike rentals to enjoy the surroundings. Parking is also available at no additional cost.

Amazing, a wonderful place where we were made to feel at home.

superb location right on the river- private and quiet but only a 30 min walk to Bernkastel Kues. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated- it was lovely to arrive to a bottle of the estate wine ready waiting for us! The daily wine tasting was very informative and enjoyable and it was helpful to have secure parking on site. Thank you to all the staff who were so helpful and friendly, we will definitely return again.

Wonderful stay at the Mosel

Wonderful location opposite some of the most beautiful grand cru (Grosse Lage) vineyards of the Mosel. Good size room, nice welcome by the host and some delicious treats for us to enjoy. Loved the breakfast that we could enjoy outside on the front balcony in the sun. Also did a winetasting with the owner which I would highly recommend! Would definitely return when I am coming back to this area

A Perfect, Peaceful Place to Stay in the Mosel.

This is a very well kept property located just a few KMs north of Bernkastel right on the river. The Prum family lives at the property and everything is kept up very well. The rooms are large and unique, with interesting framings and antiques in locked cabinets. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast, which is included in the cost of the room, is very good. We rented e-bikes and secured at tasting in the cellar during our stay, and I'd highly recommend both. I will look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

This is not a big deal, but our premium room listed "bathtub" as an amenity and included a shower only. (In an otherwise very nice and spacious bathroom.)
