It’s brilliantly located in centre of town within walking distance of everything In Bernkastel . Excellent breakfast, lovely bar to sit in in evenings sampling the wine. Staff are so helpful and friendly . Can’t recommend enough. It is our place to stay In Bernkastel we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The hotel is exceptionally well designed. The location is just perfect.

- Friendly staff. - Nice modern hotel and clean room. - Excellent breakfast (with a view). - Nice wine tour from own winery (really recommended for all wine lovers) - Great parking available underneath the hotel, with direct access to hotel.

- The cleaning is only any other day of the week. It would be nice if they at least can swap the towels and make your bed (no need then to replace daily) so it feels fresh daily without needing to replace sheets.

The breakfast was royal - combined with an extraordinary view over the Mosel. The room was extremely comfortable and filled with luxurious features without pretension.

This brand new hotel is quiet (I had an interior view room not a street/river view), super clean and efficient. Breakfast is outstanding with wonderful sunny views of the surrounding vineyards. Room size is impressive.

As it is so new, the hotel seems a little sterile. Perhaps some flowers or indoor plants to soften would be great.

A very nice hotel ideally located on the river bank and just off the town's beautiful main square. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast is good.

I was expecting that the sofa wouldn't be placed so close near the bed in the family room - I was hoping it was in another room. Also, the asian restaurant downstairs that belongs to the hotel is awful despite the fact that it looks fancy and staff are friendly and professional - I've never had such bad sushi rolls in my entire life.

Superb location, right on the river in the centre of Bernkastel. All the staff were delightful, and the whole hotel felt very welcoming. Our room was superb, comfortable, quiet and very spacious. The breakfast was delicious, and the lobby bar was very comfortable. The hotel also has a superb underground car park, easily accessible even with a low-slung car. We would be very happy indeed to stay at Deinhards again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone.

* The location close to all the cities a long the Moezel river by the car. * Beautiful old town with shops, restaurant and bars. Very recommended the restaurant DIAN next to the hotel. They have delicious food from the most south east asian food presented as culinair chique food ( enough portion not too small as Michelin restaurant ) and of course the price is very reasonable. Siti Robiah was our friendly waitress. Perfect 👍 She can speak english, Indonesian ( bahasa ) and German. All the employees are friendly too. * Very modern new hotel in the middle of very old town and it’s kind of refreshment to whom like modern facilities. Very important to us is the bed is extra big which is almost you can’t find in europe. Most of the hotels in europe 130-151 cm bed… away to small for tall European. * Breakfast is enough choices… not too much but not the less. Half cooked eggs was my favourite and the herbs sausages. Tasteful coffee. * Nice small bar in the Lobby and of course nice modern ambiance’s. The receptionist served the drinks friendly. * Everything is modern and up to date in the hotel but mostly friendly employees from the receptionist to the waiters ( we never saw the room attendant ). I hope in the future we can book the room with the balcony. The hotel is minimalism and not too much here and there. Perfect !

* First night was ok to sleep with the window open which is the heater can’t lower dan 19 degrees…the second night was away too hot in the room while we still open the window and advise don’t take a room face to the river because too crowded with cars, motorcycle and people talking until late night 😭😭😭 so if you want a relax quite stay… take the room face to the hill. * Everything in the room was perfect clean accept the toilet door not so clean as we found drops dry dirty water along the side that you can see it clearly when you sit down on the toilet ( it’s not a nightmare but pity when you see it because the room was perfect ). * There is no free mineral water in the room. Can’t request differences pillows as their pillows away to soft even we double the pillows.
