Return trip for us after 25 years. We stayed there in 2000 on our honeymoon. A lovey reunion.

The building was lovely and cool even in the heat wave we had, nice kitchen room, elevator, classic room, nice terrace, the family room was spacious and the location was convenient for public transportation/easy access to the bus up to the castle. The owners were so sweet and personal and accommodating to my extra needs.

I had high expectations for the breakfast based on other reviews but I would say this was a good classic German selection, not extraordinary. the breakfast room was beautiful though!

Gute Lage, aber für die Leistung leider total überteuert.

- Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. - Frühstück ist ganz in Ordnung, allerdings keine frischen Früchte/Obst - alles aus der Konserve. - Top Lage, es sind nur ein paar Schritte in die Altstadt und zur Mosel

Ausstattung sehr alt (geschätzt 70er Jahre) und entsprechend sanierungsbedürftig/verwohnt. Zimmer sehr unsauber - Teilweise große Spinnweben im Zimmer und Bad - sehr viele Spinnen im Zimmer. Wände dreckig, Sofa kurz vor Selbstauflösung. Im Bad/WC war der Fußboden nicht gereinigt. Spritzschutz Badewanne sehr dreckig und defekt. Fenster lassen sich nicht verdunkeln, Nachts ist es durch die Straßenlampen sehr hell im Zimmer. Man hört jedes Auto vorbeifahren und wenn jemand im Stockwerk drüber die Toilette oder Dusche nutzt ist dies auch so laut, dass man davon wach wird.

Die Lage ist Super.

Es stinkt extrem nach Zigaretten Rauch. Nach 2 Tagen im Hotel konnte ich es nicht mehr aushalten. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und das Hotel sollte dringend renoviert werden.

Im großen und ganzen waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt in Bernkastel-Kues trotzdem zufrieden.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns nicht so gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr warm. In dieser Preisklasse hätten wir eine Klimaanlage erwartet.

Die Lage Freundliches Personal

Wo soll ich da anfangen? Ein penetranter Geruch zog sich durch das ganze Gebäude einschließlich Zimmer. Die Hygiene war nicht vorhanden auf dem Toiletten Deckel war noch Zahnpasta von dem vorherigen Besucher wie auch seine Haare auf dem Boden. Das ganze Zimmer war auch nicht Fachgerecht modernisiert es wirkte so als ob sich ein heimwerker sein können aufbessern wollte. Die Inneneinrichtung ist zusammengewürfelt. Aber es gab auch einen mini Kühlschrank sehr alt aber das Licht ging damit man auch den Dreck darin sehen kann. Zwei schmutzige Gläser zierte das ganze ab.

alles goed goede ontvangst parking probleem goed opgelost. spijtig dat het restaurant gesloten was was nochtans vermeld als open.De stubben was ook gesloten;Het ontbijt zeer degelijk geen probleem en genoeg van alles.Mooi geschenk voor Pasen.

Auf dem Flur roch es dauerhaft nach Nikotin, obwohl in allen Zimmern Rauchverbot herrschte.
