There is a beautiful view from our room. The windows opened wide and that let a lot of fresh air in the room. It was just a short walk to shopping and cafes.

The shower is tiny, I kept bumping the controls and changing the heat of the water. I would have liked better communication on where to check in (maybe a map). It was strange to check in at the restaurant hundreds of meters away from The hotel.

Loved the ease of entry and location. Very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The walk to breakfast is very short and a great way to start our morning.

Schnuckelich und klein aber fein.

Die Lage, der Ausblick, daß Frühstück.

Die Zimmer im 2 Stock, zumindest das Zimmer Nr. Ist sehr klein sowie das Badezimmer. Jedoch für ein Wochenende ist es okay.

Die Lage war toll und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick und ein wirklich tolles frühstück

Die Rezeption war für uns schwer auffindbar weil an dem Tag das Mosinto die Haupttüre verschlossen hatte auch ab 14 Uhr. Keine Unterkunft für Gäste mit Gehschwierigkeiten da man ein gutes Stück zur Unterkunft hoch laufen muss.

Ligging is goed. Perfecte basis om Bernkastel te ontdekken.

Bed slecht (matras versleten). Vochtlucht. Doucheputje niet schoon. Tissues niet bijgevuld. Badkamer zeer smal met weinig bewegingsvrijheid. Niet geschikt voor mensen met beperkte bewegingsvrijheid. Douchewater van loud tot gevaarlijk heet (ik moest de kraan zelfs uit doen zo heet werd het)

De locatie, je had vanuit hotelkamer een prachtig uitzicht en je was zo in het centrum.

De douche was wat aan de kleine kant, maar dat is ook niet echt een probleem geweest. Het had namelijk een enorme lekkere straal. En er lagen oordopjes voor de nacht klaar en dat heeft te maken met dat je de geluiden van de weg goed hoort. Ondanks dat hebben we heerlijk geslapen.

Bernkastel Kues sehenswert! Aber überfüllt mit Menschen.Moselhaus für junge Menschen

Das Hotel liegt ca 500 m vom Zentrum Bernkastel Kues entfernt an einem Hang unterhalb der Burg Landshut. Es gibt keine Parkplätze, parken muss man am Moselufer auf einem stetig überfülltem Parkplatz. Aussage der Rezeptionistin:Keine Sorge abends sind da immer genügend Parkplätze! ( Ja und am Tag??) Vom Moselufer bis zum Hotel Fußmarsch bergauf 10 min. Im Hotel enge Treppe bis in die 2. Etage. Für jung und gesund super, für 63 Jahre und kaputte Knie täglich eine Herausforderung. Vom Hotel zum Frühstücksort !!! 300 m täglich bei jedem Wetter, weil so gebucht. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich normal, gute frische Brötchen, junges, sehr freundliches und motiviertes Personal.

Offene Kommunikation über oben beschriebene Schwierigkeiten.Erreichen des Moselhauses mit dem Auto ( Gepäck...) manchmal nicht möglich ( plötzlich war ohne Vorwarnung die Strasse aufgebaggert und Dank der Maschinen kein durchkommen.) Lage mit Blick zur Mosel toll, aber Erreichbarkeit eine hohe Belastung- nix Urlaub.

Drum prüfe, wer sich Betten will....

Irgendwie hat das Zimmer in den Aufnahmen im Profil ganz andere Eigenschaften abgebildet. Das Standard Einzelzimmer ist zurecht ein Einzelzimmer, eine 2. Person hat schlichtweg keinen Platz zum Stehen. Also echt kuschelig! Der Service war sehr gut, freundlich, hilfsbereit, humorvoll, echt klasse! Schön war das Frühstück und die Atmosphäre dort. Gut gelöst! Prima. Die Lage ist gut. mittendrin und gut erreichbar. Passt!

Die Größe vom Zimmer und vom Bad sind sehr grenzwertig. Die Toilette ist in einem Schlauch untergebracht und man muss rückwärts mit eingezogenen Schultern rein. Drehen war schlicht nicht drin. Direkt am Fenster über dem Bett geht ein öffentlicher Weg entlang. Man kann gut der Unterhaltung der Wanderer folgen oder sich fast ungestört daran beteiligen.... Fenster schließen brachte kleine Linderung. Aber es lagen Ohropax bereit. Ein netter Service, das Thema ist also systemisch. Gegen 04.00 Uhr habe ich dann die Quelle einer regelmäßigen akustischen Störung gefunden. Die Elektroheizung im Bad reagiert auf das Einschalten sehr ungewöhnlich. Alle 10 min. ertönt ein langgezogenes Blubbern und kehliges Röcheln. Da geht sicher noch etwas mehr..... Gruselfaktor.... Ausgeschaltet....prompt war endlich Nachtruhe! Dann hab ich geschlafen wie in Abrahams Schoss.... Wäre alles erträglich und akzeptabel mit etwas Humor. Aber bei 160 Euro die Nacht hatte der Spass ein Loch....
