This property was a little further out but it was very easy to navigate your way into the center of town-we walked to everything from this hotel! The staff were excellent and the hotel breakfast was the best we had in our travels. We traveled by bike and they had hotel storage and early check in. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean. Had AC which was necessary during a very warm period. Easy walk (1.5 km) to center with lots of restaurants. When we arrived at 8pm there was no one at the reception to check us in. The only telephone number on web page or from hotels.com rang in the empty reception. After 2 hrs of a stressful situation, an online chat with hotels.com finally found a second number to call. Then a woman next door came to help. Not a good start for a couple of tired and hungry travelers.

The hotel is very clean and creatively decorated with the owner's own art. The room has a little balcony. Our room overlooked the road and a football field - not super gorgeous, but cool nonetheless. The bed was a little uncomfortable because it might have been memory foam that is not even and it felt like we were leaning and falling as we slept! But honestly the room was great. WiFi was strong even in the room. The breakfast was literally the best part of the stay! It had a large selection, a variety of foods. All was great quality. Other hotels have "buffets" that they will charge you 10 Euro for and that only have bread that is purchased from the store. This had eggs and bacon, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit salad, dried fruit, jams, yogurt, bread, croissants, sweets, meats and cheeses, and more!! Totally worth it! The staff speaks English very well, too. The area doesn't have much to walk to, so I would only recommend this place if you are driving. It is heavily influenced by the wine from the area. Even though we aren't wine drinkers and only stopped overnight on a trip through the region, we appreciated it all!

New place marred by unhelpful and rude owners, hardly any english speaking staff or written information, the hotel is placed nearby an industrial area and a rather long walk from the very interesting old city centre.

Lovely hotel. Small with a restaurant underneath.. Very welcoming hostess who went out of her way to answer our questions despite the language barrier. Clean room. Probably a 10 minute walk along the river to the bridge, which takes you across into the old town

A short walk of about 15 minutes brings you into the centre of this beautiful old town. Christina's restaurant is superb - the best steak we have had. Service is always friendly and efficient and the rooms are very clean. We have stayed here a few times and would definitely stay again

We stayed in this hotel couple nights and it was absolutely creat. Lovely owners and staff. Room was very nice, clean and big. We had a balcony and bathtub. Only downside to the room was that the balcony was right next to the other room's balcony and they were very close. Also the footballfield kinda disrupted the view. We had the breakfast and we also ate in the hotel restaurant and I have to say that the food was very good. At breakfast there was many choises and lots of fresh stuff. Lovely service at the breakfast. The hotel is on the opposite side of the river than the centre but totaly walking distanse. The hotel was very easy to find and parking was easy. I would definately recommend this hotel and I would love to visit there again.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. During our stay the weather was really good (hot) and the 20 minutes walk home from central town were to much. But in a normal temperature the walk along the river back to the hotel is very beautiful.
