The air-condition did not really work all that well, so the room was to warm at night for this hot summer evening when we stayed there.

Absolut herausragender Aufenthalt im JUFA Hotel Bernkastel-Kues! Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen war erstklassig: große Auswahl, frisch, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe präsentiert. Der Service war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt dem Hoteldirektor, der mit seiner Präsenz, Herzlichkeit und seinem Engagement spürbar zum großartigen Gesamteindruck beiträgt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft geführt wird. Ein Hotel, das keine Wünsche offen lässt und uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden kann.

Zeer ruime nette kamer met mooie ruime badkamer. Zeer verzorgd ontbijt in een mooi ingerichte ontbijtruimte. Alles in dit hotel ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit. Parking (betalend) vóór en naast het hotel.
