Really enjoyable

The owner was very hospitable and allowed us to park outside the property in the old town as we were late and delayed 3 hours at the eurotunnel. A keysafe allowed us to get right into the property and we did an online check in which saved a lot of time.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were above and beyond accommodating and very friendly.

As a group we would have liked a lounge available. The pillows were not very comfortable.

Lovely stay in a beautiful town!

We loved the location, right in the middle of everything but quiet enough for a good rest. Very nice, hospitable family runs it and we appreciated that. We felt like home which is all we wanted.

Pillows and mattresses could be a bit more comfortable.

Great location at Bernkastel-Kues.

Peaceful place, still well in the old town. Great hard beds and good pillows. No noise from the neighbors or from the street. Note that this was still early in the season.

Due to the air temperature, the room (without air conditioning) got pretty warm, even towards the night. Not many electric outlets available.

We were in the adjoining house with no WiFi and an outside walk to breakfast in the morning. This should have been made clear when we booked.

Etwas wenig Steckdosen, ist aber wahrscheinlich dem Alter des Gebäudes geschuldet, die Chefin sollte die Fernseher incl. der Programmauswahl mal in Augenschein nehmen, es ist eine einzige Katastrophe :)

Ein liebevoll geführtes Hotel in Bernkastel

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich, Die zentrale Lage ist einfach perfekt für einen Besuch in Bernkastel. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Frühstück: Obwohl nur wenige Gäste da waren wurde das Büffet genauso liebevoll und reichhaltig vorbereitet wie sonst. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Bernkastel sind.

Alles war prima, wie wir uns das wünschen. Das Haus ist für Radreisende sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein einfach gutes Zimmer und ein schönes Frühstück.

Tolle Lage, sehr nette Betreiber, Klasse Frühstück! Super um den Ort Bernkastel-Kues und Umgebung zu erkunden und Abends in schönen Weinstuben einzukehren. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Super Lage.

Die Decken waren für die Jahreszeit zu dünn. Kopfkissen waren sehr unbequem.

Prima Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen, sehr sauber, leckeres Frühstück und sicherer Platz für‘s Fahrrad

An der Rezeption wurden wir herzlich empfangen und bekamen gleich unser Zimmer. Unser Zimmer war einwandfrei sauber und top was alles dazu gehört. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, hervorheben möchte ich die Käseauswahl und selbstverständlich waren die anderen Sachen drumherum auch sehr lecker. Super Stellplätze für Fahrräder, reichlich Platz, Licht, Steckdose, auch Platz für nasse Sachen … . In Bernkastel-Kues sehr gerne wieder „Hotel Ursula“

schöner Wochenendausflug

tolle Lage, sehr schöner Ort mit vielen Möglichkeiten, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe

die Anfahrt war umständlich und uns war nicht klar wie man dort hinkommt. Das Navi hat uns bis zum Beginn der Einbahnstraße gelotst. Parken dann am Moselufer…. Die Treppe über 2 Etagen im Haus sicherlich nicht für jeden geeignet, für uns kein Problem. Hinweis: Es gibt auch Zimmer in der ersten Etage.

Das Frühstück war gut, superfreundliches Personal, bis auf das es kein Rührei gab alles gut, aber vielleicht gibt es das ja auf Nachfrage. Kaffe ist gut, Auswahl ebenso.

Die Dusche, hier gab es starke Temperaturschwankungen beim Wasser, was unangenehm ist, viellecht war das grade zur Stoßzeit.

Het verblijf in hotel Ursula is voor herhaling vatbaar.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame ontvangst. Prima en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. De fietsen konden in de garage staan en daar ook worden opgeladen.

De tegenvaller heeft niks te maken met Hotel Ursula, maar wel met Bernkastel-Kues. Je kan bijna nergens met een betaalpas of creditcard betalen. Zelfs niet in de supermarkt. Bijna overal wordt alleen cash geaccepteerd. Belachelijk in deze tijd.
