Excellent - friendy host and staff

Great location for the main strip and the annual Wine festival which is free, live local band playing classic hits. Lovely vibe, the locals were ever so friendly.

Car park was full, however plenty of free parking over the road. Quaint safe town, hence no issue leaving the car there.

The view from our room was perfect. We could see Burg Landshut and the beautiful green hills.

The temperature in the room was too high. Even though it was warm outside, maybe a fan or something would’ve made it more comfortable.

Very beautiful and relax weekend!

The apartment was spacious and cooler despite for the very warm days, the breakfast was amazing and the ladies were very attend of all details and needs. The location it is perfect very close to the centrum in a very nice area. I would definitely recommended and come again.

Nice ,little hotel,friendly staff.The location is very convenient close (10 minutes walk) to the Old town.The rooms are clean and comfortable.Bathroom and toilet were separate,this is pro ,con is there was no sink in the toilet,quite strange. The breakfast was tasty.The offers parking place for free.

The location was great. The breakfast was good.

Our room was in the basement next to the laundry room. The hallway was very dark and smelly. When I booked the room I didn't notice anything that says the room is in the basement! It was a surprise.

the hotel is close the centre, the bathroom is new and clean, the hotel has a good breakfast, check-in was easy and the staff is friendly

the bed and pillows are not comfortable, there are no table lamps (bed side lamps) so that reading a book on bed is not enjoyable since you will need to use the room light

Het was schoon maar oud. Er waren wel al gemoderniseerde kamers. Boven was het uitzicht geweldig! En muisstil!

Wij hadden de grote kamer en de badkamer was te klein. Als je breder of langer ben als wij pas je niet op de wc of douche.

Frühstück war ok. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Würde wieder dorthin fahren.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, ca. 10 Min. Fußweg bis in die Altstadt! Das Frühstück war sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei!

Nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Einfaches ,aber ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Betten waren angenehm fest. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Kurze Wege ins Zentrum von Bernkastel

Zimmer war für uns mit 15qm doch etwas zu beengt (Zimmergröße stand im Angebot). Die Stühle im Zimmer waren unbequem. Teils sehr hellhörig, Geräusche aus dem Treppenhaus. WLAN im Zimmer schwach / instabil.

Sehr nettes Personal und eine schöne Unterkunft im rustikalen Stil aber auch sanierte Badezimmer sehr schöne große Zimmer.

Das WLan war sehr schlecht und ein sehr kleiner Fernseher.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr lecker und die Lage war perfekt. Zentral und trotzdem sehr entspannend. Ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Evitez Kues. Privilégiez un hôtel à Bernkastel !

Biscuit sur le lit comme accueil. Quelques bons restos sont proches de l'hôtel. Salle de bain : petite mais correcte. Accueil : bien et on reçoit des réductions pour d'autres commerces.

Pas moyen de payer avec sa carte de banque quelle qu'elle soit pour payer sa chambre. Il faut payer en cash ! Ils arnaquent Booking ! Pas possible d'avoir accès à une place de parking alors que la demande avez été faite. Il faut se garer dans un parking couvert à 300m de l'hôtel. Pas d'ascenseurs. Pas d'air conditionné. Lit : Matelas dur et oreiller trop mou. Lit qui grince. Pas de prises électriques de chaque côté du lit. Chambres non insonorisées : on entend tous les bruits avoisinants (escalier, salle de bain, etc.). Les autres clients sont très bruyants le matin et le soir. Chambre petite. Toilettes trop hautes pour des enfants. Pas moyen de souper dans l'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner très limité et on ne peut pas s'asseoir où l'on veut au petit-déj., c'est en fonction du numéro de sa chambre. Situation géographique : pas dans le centre historique de Bernkastel. Rien à voir autour de l'hôtel.

Liebevoll geführtes kleines Hotel, ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nicht weit zum Moselufer und zum Zentrum. Zum Frühstück alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Rent ældre hotel med venligt personale

Vi glemte vores iPad på hotellet, hvilket vi opdagede, da de ringede fra hotellet allerede et par timer efter vi forlod det. Sendte det, så vi havde de hjemme i Danmark efter 2 dage, og vi betalte selvfølge efterfølgende for forsendelsen. Fin mulighed for parkering lige udenfor hotellet.

Brødet ved morgenmaden var lidt kedelig.
