Very nice and helpful staff, but facilities too old-fashioned, quality of food and comfort of rooms poor.

Nice staff

Really far up the hill, so not great ok bikes and kid. Very old furniture and bathroom, yet clean. Restaurant not great. All in all too expensive for what it was.

An excellent host with a wonderful breakfast.

We were the only people staying at the Hotel that night. The owners left us with details on how to access drink if needed - completely trusting us - That was very welcoming. The breakfast laid out for us the next morning was one of the best of our holiday. Although the restaurant wasn't open that night the hotel is within an easy walk of a superb Italian restaurant. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

The location is a little out of the way - but therefore very quiet.

Entspannt und wohlgefühlt mit herzlichem Empfang.

Hotelchef sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer für meine Verhältnisse zweckmäßig eingerichtet und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich wohl und angekommen. Absprachen wurden eingehalten. Man findet es sehr leicht, ruhige Gegend, viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder Radfahren vor Ort.

Kann ich nichts dazu sagen, da alles gepasst hat.

Total freundliche Bedienung und sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Besitzer! Wir, total nass und müde nach der Fahrradtour, wurden sehr herzlich empfangen!

Das Hotel war ca. 300 m (??) über Meeresspiegel - das hätte man in der Online-Beschreibung schreiben müssen. Wir waren nicht mit E-Bikes unterwegs! Frühstück war gut und mehr als ausreichend hat aber auch 13,50 € pro Person gekostet!

Sauberes Hotel mit leckerer Küche

Saubere Unterkunft. Sehr netter, angenehmer Gastgeber, der um unser Wohl sehr bemüht war. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker.

Zimmer hatte Badewanne und keinen Duschvorhang/Duschwand. Das machte das Duschen etwas schwierig. Der Preis mit 110.- Euro pro Zimmer/Einzelzimmer ohne Frühstück war allerdings zu hoch. Frühstück kostete 12,50 Euro extra. Wurst/Käse-Auswahl war ok, aber auch nicht überragend. Bis auf die Auswahl war es aber völlig ok.

Zeker niet slecht, maar weinig luxe.

Het hotel ligt dichtbij Bernkastel-Kues. Je moet een stukje de berg op rijden. De omgeving is bosrijk en rustig. De kamer en badkamer is netjes. Het ontbijt en avondmaal waren prima. De bediening is vriendelijk.

Het is een wat gedateerd hotel en de inrichting van de kamers is nogal eenvoudig. Een nadeel is dat er geen lift is.

Tolles Haus mit bestem Service !

Wir waren mit 5 Freunden auf einer Radtour unterwegs und für eine Nacht zu Gast. Wir kamen erst gegen 19.30 Uhr an, da einer unserer Gruppe mit einem Defekt einige km vorm Ziel stoppen musste. Der Gastgeber war sofort bereit mit seinem Wagen "den Abschleppdienst" zu übernehmen und brachte unseren Freund incl. defektem Rad zum Hotel. Die Speisekarte war sehr umfangreich, das Essen sehr lecker und mehr als ausreichend. Wir sind alle, auch beruflich sehr viel in Hotels unterwegs, aber der Service und die Freundlichkeit dieses sehr schönen Hauses hat uns mehr als beeindruckt!
