Walking distance to old town area and supermarket (Edeka). Car parking availability. Good price for last minute booking.

Single bed, tiny TV, small and dated shower. To be fair, the advertising was accurate, so I was aware of these things before booking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the young lady at reception. She was a star !

The host was very helpful and nice. I could check in before the official check in time and use the parking for the whole day after I checked out. Facilities were good and comfortable. The hotel is located in short walking distance from Bernkastel.

Clean room, good location, good breakfast, garage (unlocked) for the bicycle. Helpful and nice service.

Sound insulation a bit weak - fortunately I didn’t have noisy neighbours…

Pleasant

Great location in 10 min walking distance you are downtown. Breakfast was good. Rooms are big. The beds are good.

We left the towels on the floor for chance, when we came back the same towels were back on the rack. Very disgusting and disappointed. Shisha bar nextdoor alsof very loud. No wifi in the room only in the restaurant.

The staff was friendly. The Italian restaurant was good and I enjoyed a pizza and of course excellent local wine.

Pleasant

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. There was more than enough parking outside, for free. The restaurant downstairs served good pizza's and the breakfast was so and so. Location was good.

The rooms are very very outdated. Everything is there, but it looks like it was there 40 years ago too. Beds were pretty comfortable, but not the best. Rooms were pretty noisy, you could hear people walk around the hallways. Furthermore there is a shisha lounge next door that can be heard when you sleep with open windows. There also isn't an elevator.

Für meine Bedrüfnisse war der Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück hatte alles was ich brauchte. Der Preis für die Übernachtung incl Frühstück war angemessen. Die Pizzeria, die im gleichen Haus ist, macht hervorragende Pizzen.

Ich habe nichts zu meckern gefunden.

Einfaches Hotel in super Lage und mit gutem Essen.

Zimmer mit Balkon und schönen Blick auf die Burg. Die Lage ist Top. Altstadt und Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr lecker und lohnt sich mal zu probieren und auch das Frühstück war wirklich gut und lecker.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Personeel was vriendelijk, ook bij het ontbijt als er iets op was en je gaf dat aan werd het redelijk snel bijgevuld

In de badkamer zat er wat schimmel op de voegen van de douche. Er zat voor het raam geen gordijn maar doeken met punaises vastgemaakt. Het was een beetje smoezelig allemaal.
