The host was very helpful and nice. I could check in before the official check in time and use the parking for the whole day after I checked out. Facilities were good and comfortable. The hotel is located in short walking distance from Bernkastel.

Pleasant

Great location in 10 min walking distance you are downtown. Breakfast was good. Rooms are big. The beds are good.

We left the towels on the floor for chance, when we came back the same towels were back on the rack. Very disgusting and disappointed. Shisha bar nextdoor alsof very loud. No wifi in the room only in the restaurant.

Pleasant

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. There was more than enough parking outside, for free. The restaurant downstairs served good pizza's and the breakfast was so and so. Location was good.

The rooms are very very outdated. Everything is there, but it looks like it was there 40 years ago too. Beds were pretty comfortable, but not the best. Rooms were pretty noisy, you could hear people walk around the hallways. Furthermore there is a shisha lounge next door that can be heard when you sleep with open windows. There also isn't an elevator.

Personeel was vriendelijk, ook bij het ontbijt als er iets op was en je gaf dat aan werd het redelijk snel bijgevuld

In de badkamer zat er wat schimmel op de voegen van de douche. Er zat voor het raam geen gordijn maar doeken met punaises vastgemaakt. Het was een beetje smoezelig allemaal.

Heerlijke kamer en ligging!

Ik had een fijne kamer. Mooie badkamer, uitzicht op de berg en het kasteel. Bed was wat hard maar verder heel fijn. Tv, kledingkast en balkonnetje. Het ligt op 5-8 minuten lopen van Bernkastel, over de brug.

Het had iets hygiënischer gemogen. Haren in de badkamer en gordijnen sloten niet helemaal aan. Wat vliegjes bij het brood tijdens het ontbijt. Verder was het wel goed.

-Hotellage mit wenig Verkehr, etwas außerhalb des Troubles, aber dennoch schnell fußläufig in der Stadt -Freundliche Mitarbeiter -Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus -Restaurant im Haus: Italienisches Essen war lecker -Schöne Aussicht auf die Weinberge

- Stange in der Dusche wo die Brause dran befestigt ist, war sehr locker und ging fast ab - Taste um die Klospülung zu tätigen war fast kaputt - Sehr dünne Wände: man hört jedes Geräusch der anderen Gäste und unten aus der Küche. Sobald einer im Treppenhaus ist, ist man morgens hellwach -Hat man ein Zimmer an der Straße, ist die Terrasse des Restaurants direkt unter einem, man hört die -Frühstück für den Preis nur ok (dunkle Aufbackbrötchen, Saft schmeckt wässrig, Cornflakes waren weich).

Das Hotel werden wir bei künftigen Mosel-Besuch wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen!

Es gab immer ein vielfältiges leckeres Frühstück. Vom Hotel aus ist die Innenstadt sehr gut erreichbar. Die im Haus befindliche Pizzaria bietet immer ein gutes Angebot an leckeren Speisen. Das Personal ist stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider war im Bad der permanente Schimmel oder Abflussgeruch auch bei ständiger Lüftung nicht weg zu bekommen!

Freundliches Personal, helles Zimmer und ein bequemes Bett, dazu super sauber im Bad und Zimmer, genügend Parkplätze und nahe zur Mosel, Ortszentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein wunderbare Kombination: Hotel und ein italienisches Restaurant / Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss, gute Küche, sehr gute Weinauswahl und ebenso freundlicher Service.

Die Ausstattung ist einfach, doch geschmackvoll und alles da, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht.
