Cleanliness is the top that was excellent. Spacious room and hall ways. Breakfast was good enough. Staff’s are friendly.

Excellent, would definitely recommend it to friends, and stay again. Staff were extremely helpful.

I was extremely grateful to retrieve my wallet that I had accidentally left in reception! It was nice to be able to trust the staff. Thank you so much for keeping it safe for me. The recommendation to the Zylinder Restaurant was perfect.

Exit from car park garage was a little bit tight. 😬 This is not a complaint. I was grateful to have a park. 😀

Ideal hotel for a stay in Bernkastel-Kues !

Very nice and clean room, friendly staff, safe and spacious underground parking garage for only €8/day. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and extensive. When you cross the bridge, you immediately arrive at the historical city center, which makes the hotel, breakfast and location a perfect place to stay!

Checkout took a while, but this was mainly due to the fact that a lot of people were going for breakfast at that same time. In any case, all this isn't anything that will stop us from returning to this hotel next time.

quite New hotel not far from city center. Very confortable rooms with balcony and AC. very helpful staff. Good breakfirst.

Excellent stay

We had a really nice stay. Excellent location, parking place nearby, modern, clean and quiet room with balcony. Breakfast was also really good and a lot of choices.

small thing but our pillows were really thin and small and I’m not that picky ;) We were planning to ask a new ones but the lobby was already closed. All in all we got a good night sleep!

A very nice stay!

We had a sauna in our suite which was surprisingly good for such an electric sauna.

There were no bathrobes in the room, even though they had been listed in the room facilities. The instructions in English to use the sauna were not sufficient. If we had not understood the German instructions we would not have managed to use the sauna.
