Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Unterkunft direkt neben einer Brauerei . Frühstück große Auswahl und sehr lecker . Wir waren alleine in der Unterkunft. Mitarbeiter/in und Chef sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Self Check in per Pin Code . Falls Probleme gibt konnte man immer jemand erreichen. Alle Geschäfte oder Altstadt super zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bad hatte kein Heizkörper aber bei offener Tür ging es . Kopfkissen mir persönlich zu hart . Bei 2 Nächte aber ok.

Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für dieses Haus!
Wir waren vom 05. bis 07. September 2025 Gast in diesem kleinen (ich glaube 7 Gästezimmer), sehr geschmackvoll renoviertem Haus. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht.
Der Empfang und das einchecken verliefen völlig problemlos und sehr freundlich durch die Inhaberin. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend, nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch vom Zentrum entfernt. Mitgebrachte E-Bikes konnten im hauseigenen Fahrradraum untergestellt und geladen werden. Das Zimmer war sehr nett eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Die Betten waren hervorragend. Das Frühstück war absolut o.k. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The Hoffmans Weinstube is in a very convenient location for visiting Bernkastel, it is literally just on the other side of the bridge. The old Bahnhof restaurant nearby (30m) served great food and was handy for a drink.
Our bedroom was clean and comfortable, it was on the second floor (no elevator). The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty.
We arrived at the hotel and it was in darkness, the doors were locked and there was nobody around. On the door there was a notice in German and two telephone numbers. I telephoned both and an answering machine answered both times. We went to the restaurant next door for a drink before we returned thirty minutes later and tried the telephone numbers again, again an answering machine answered.
Then a little later we were called back by a lady from the hotel who gave us a code to enter into the key box which provided us with a room key with a number 6 on the key tag. We were told that our room was on the second floor.
When we got to the second floor we were faced with doors to four or five rooms, all with names like ‘Reisling’, ‘Chardonnay’ etc, but no room 6. We had seen a cleaner on the first floor so we went back down and asked her which room was room 6, she didn’t know !! She came up to the second floor with us and tried our room 6 key in every door, then eventually she found a door that opened, at last we had a room.
Points to note is that the hotel does not provide shower gel or shampoo. There is a stocked minibar, but there is no price list for the items, there are two bottles of water but again no indication of the price. There is also no kettle or tea/coffee sachets, although we had not really expected there to have been one.
Breakfast was to be available from 9am, along with two other guests we searched for the breakfast room. This was found by having to go back outside and entering from another door in
the street. The lady preparing breakfast had only just arrived. Nobody was around to tell us what to do, like are we to sit anywhere, do we get our own fruit juice and coffee etc.
Eventually we were given some bread rolls, then ten minutes later a plate of cheeses and cold meats arrived, then later some butter, then later some yoghurt.

Prijs we hadden geboekt en bij aankomst bleek dat we 2 kamers met 1pers hadden geboekt ipv 2x2pers moesten nog 60 € bijbetalen voor ontbijt de prijs was al hoog 340€PERKAMER 2NACHTEN hotel was t echt niet waard zav er verlaten uit wij waren de eerste nacht de enige
Klink zat los stekkerdoos zat los toiletrolhouder was stuk
